It was clean and it had all of the appliances needed for cooking minus a stove 😩

No stove , 2 small burners 😩We rented for 12 people so living room wasn’t big enough for 12 person. 1 T.V in the whole place ,it would have been comfortable with more T.V’s since everyone couldn’t fit in living room space . Also I booked through Booking.com they gave me 1 price and then once I paid the remaining balance it was higher. There was nothing in booking.com pricing that stated xtra fees for resort , and booking.com stated when I called property didnt inform them of extra fees so I didn’t like No one took responsibility for the lack of communication between the two .Customers should know before hand the correct price before booking and that’s on both parties part .

Pool was fantastic! the food at the swim up bar was great! The rooms in the villa were nice size. Location was great 1 block from downtown and the continental breakfast was a light treat in the morning.

Did not like that there were no tv's in the rooms though and the coffee maker for a 5 bedroom villa was a little 4 cup one. Also, which i know is out of the hotels control. There was a hooker going from person to person in the pool trying to talk to them, exposing herself to some of them.

Y’all made hanging out at the pool so much fun. Good music, fantastic DJ, and terrific staff taking care of keeping the place clean.

I would educate your young front desk staff to ask more questions. I inquired about your rental of golf carts & they gave me prices, however they did not tell me I should make a reservation if I want it at a certain time. They were very nice people but if I would have known I would’ve rented from y’all instead of going down the road.

I love the location. It was pretty easy to get in and out and I do like that they let you park your golf carts there now. Last time I was there they didn't allow anyone who got the golf cart from the company "Erie"

Only thing I didn't like was that when we were trying to check out they made us all wait in line and it was about 20 minutes while they were checking people in who probably didn't have a room ready for hours. There should be a box where you could just drop your keys off Especially considering that they email you a receipt. It almost made me late dropping off my golf cart.

Bed was comfortable

Room was hot and need to get rid of elevator bell. It was too loud and woke me up every time someone got off the elevator.

We went during the week excellent location was not over crowded at all. Room was clean props to the cleaning staff for their services.Very short walk to downtown. All the staff was polite and helpful. Pool area was excellent also with walk up bar available. Gulf cart rentals onsite is always a plus. Highly recommend if you are visiting.

I thought breakfast was adequate. I had coffee and yogurt. I’ve stayed in places with better selections and also stayed in places with less selections, or no breakfast at all offered.

Main floor bathroom very dark and light bulb out but not a major dealbreaker, enjoyed coffee maker, kitchen towels, dish (and dishwasher) soaps. I understand your clientele….and appreciated what was provided..bed not real comfortable but have slept on worse in other hotels.

Location on the Island was great. Literally Minutes from any thing. Staff was great about answering questions. Was able to rent golf cart at the Hotel. Shampoo, body wash and moisturizer already in the room. Pool and LARGE Jacuzzi on property with a swim up bar.

Bed cover had stains on it. When you walked in room barefoot. Floor was gritty. Needed swept. Toilet was not bolted to floor properly. The nuts had backed off or something like that. I hand tighten myself so no one would fall over with the toilet. These are things that should be found on regular checks. Also no phone in room to call the front desk.

Room was clean and updated, pool was closed while I was ther but I expected that as it was below 60 degrees at the time I was staying in early spring.

breakfast was okay, but could've have included eggs or meats, all that was offered was toast, waffles and other carb based foods.

I loved that my check in was nice and easy after she got my conference # had trouble as first finding it she just need to look at online booking .

I didn't like that it was dusty didn't look like anyone even walked into my room for a long time 🙃 also there was a gaint spider when I first walked in if someone would have check room before hand that wouldn't of been there please dust better and sanitize doors and handles/used surfaces that are used alot
