I loved the location, right next to the water. There were 2 pools, which was nice to avoid over crowding. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. I also loved the balcony, I spent a lot of my time at the hotel on the balcony just over looking the water. We were 2 minute walk if that from downtown.

I didn't like that there was no microwave or mini fridge in the room. There was also no little coffee maker or an iron. You couldn't get in from the side door, you had to go in the front every time. That was different from other hotels I have stayed in.

The staff and location were a great . The Lady at checkin desk her name was Debbie was one of the best person to talk to ! She had a great personality and v very friendly . One more plus was the golf cart rental at the hotel ! We love PIB and staying at such a nice hotel made our stay that much better !

Our last night stay some noisy people moved in next to our room and made it hard to sleep so glad they weren't there our whole stay ! They'er foot steps could be heard up to 4 in the morning ! we left in the morning .

We have been coming to PIB for two decades and have stayed at Bayshore all but two times! It was good to get back this year, even though it was later in the season than normal. The view is unmatched! We also enjoyed the addition of the coffee bar in the lobby. Debbie at the front desk is a true gem! She was so kind and helpful!

At some point I can see a need to do some upgrades in the bathrooms. We also didn’t really get to enjoy the pool or the new tiki bar or smash burgers due to it being later in the year.

I wish there was a place to purchase a sit sown breakfast on site.

We rented a 2 cabanas on Saturday. The pool closer to the lake should be designated the adult only pool and both should be heated. We had a group of 15 and were all in the pool and 3 children brought huge pool floats over to the heated pool and were quite annoying and in the way with that many people in the pool.

The front desk lady Debbie was amazing and the night front desk guy Taylor was fantastic. The view and pool were great

No refrigerator or coffee makers. There is coffee to purchase in the lobby ( normally but the last who runs it was off due to health). There is free ice so bring a cooler to put your drinks in

The pools and the tiki bar were great. Rooms were decent. The shower is set up weird. You get wet cold water sprayed on you to turn the shower on. All the staff were real nice.

I emailed several times before arriving because I had some questions and no one responded to any.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Located just outside of the heart of the restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly!

Coffee was not included in the stay nor was there a coffee maker in the room. I like the option to have coffee readily available to me when I travel.

The location was great. The pool area and tiki bar were nice. The staff was very friendly and helped us with more towels, pool towels and trash bags.

I had asked for rooms together and we had I on each floor instead. The tub in the bathroom was crazy slippery.

Staff was nice and helpful! We enjoyed our view and had a good room. The room was much larger than expected and worked great for 4 people for 2 days.

It can get loud in hallways with other guests, but not the hotels fault.

The front desk staff made everything about our visit, from early registration to golf cart rental, an excellent experience. getting there early and having a place to store, our luggage was an added bonus. The tiki bar, bartender, Matthew, was welcoming and a wonderful host.
