Great location, conveniently located right near Cedar Point and also tons of restaurants/fast food, stores/gas stations and a movie theater. Also, the pool area was really nice, and it was convenient that the gift shop sold individual cans of beer/alcohol. Overall, the entire facility appeared to be very clean and the staff was super friendly.

After the gift shop closed, I was unable to find any water to purchase via vending machine. I tried 5 different vending areas on multiple floors. Most of the vending machines only sold food/snacks, and none of the vending machines that did sell beverages were operational. They appeared to be off/unplugged. Also, I was unable to make coffee in the coffee pot that is provided in the room, as there seemed to be a piece missing (the piece that the coffee grounds go into). I also think the rooms are a smidge overpriced. However, I would stay here again.

Location was great - just about 2 minutes from Cedar Point. We requested a late checkout the night before and they accommodated us with no problem. Room and hotel were clean. Pool area was very nice.

Beds could have been firmer - but that’s a personal preference. The in-room coffee maker was missing the filter to place the coffee pod into. We just ended up grabbing a coffee from the little grab and go store in the lobby. My only real suggestion would be that for the price, it would be nice to have a restaurant on site. Or, at the very least, offer a complimentary continental breakfast.

the room was spacious and the shower was great! i enjoyed the atmosphere of the room overall with the pictures of coasters and how uniform everything was.

you can very much hear what’s going on outside of the room, i can understand muffled conversation but we could hear full blown conversations and even walking down the hallways. we thought our door wasn’t shut all the way but.. it definitely was.

Hotel was very clean and rooms were well maintained. Looks like a very new place. We had actually booked at a different hotel at first for our stay, but after checking into a very dirty room we knew we needed to find another option. We were able to book a room very last minute with this hotel which totally saved our trip from disaster. Once we checked into this hotel we were so relieved by the clean state of the room we were able to start enjoying our vacation. The pool is a nice place to cool down and a great place for families to spend some time. Very conveniently located next to the park.

I experienced an issue with the payment for the room. I had paid the full balance through the booking website I used. When we arrived I was told I owed a balance. It took a little while to resolved and turned out to be an issue with the booking site not applying the full payment to the hotel’s system. But the staff were friendly and helpful through the process.

The layout of the hotel is great, common areas are perfect for large groups traveling.

Maybe some body wash in the shower would be nice! Also, the blankets on the beds are very thin. Bummer that a pipe broke on the pool and it couldn't be fixed for over 24 hours. Would've liked to see that fixed much quicker as it's a big part of why we stayed there.

The toilet wouldn’t flush correctly so they moved us to a new room. Partially eaten was left in the room from prior guests. But, all of this was not a deal breaker on not booking again. The manager was quick to move us to a new room due to the toilet issue.

The mattress was dirty. They put us in a room right beside the elevator so we had to listen to it all night. The refrigerator made a lot of noise and so did the air conditioning unit. The beds were comfortable so we slept through most of it though so it didn’t turn out to be a huge deal.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed how close to all the main shopping centers and to the actual theme park. We stayed for 3 nights and we didnt go to the park till day 3, on day 2 we just went and hung around town, I was really pleased with how close we were to all of the shopping places, and it was such a simple drive to and from the hotel. The pool was such a nice and relaxing place to unwind, the pool was nice and warm for the kids on a breezy day and the seating area was a nice place for me and my wife to sit and enjoy some quiet time.

The only thing that I can say was an issue for my wife and I was that the bed sheet didnt seem like it was big enough to fit the bed and so the mattress pad and mattress itself kept being exposed. The mattress pad was falling apart and when we would try to put it back on it would rip more. The mattress itself TO ME was too firm and caused some sleeping issues, but that is purely a soft mattress preference on my part.

Clean, staff excellent. Quiet. Easy access from highway. Nice and plentiful towels. Salt water pool. Plenty of outdoor seating and pool seating.

I requested a first floor handicap room. We did get first floor, but it wasn’t a handicap room. Bathtub didn’t have any grab bars and tub sides were high, difficult to get in and out. Bed linens felt damp, like the room was humid.

It was nice and clean. The air conditioner was on and it was nice and cold in the room. The mini fridge had a little freezer so that was cool. The bathroom was nice and big. Oh and most importantly there was extra pillows.

The only issue is that the bed was uncomfortable. It was hard and just not very comfy. Both my fiancé and I woke up with sore backs
