When I first walked into my room. I noticed it smelled great and looked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the man up front. I’m thinking he might be the owner. Was very kind and friendly. The best greet staff I have ever encountered. And I travel a lot. I would highly recommend. And this will be my go to when I go to the lakes.

Exceptionally clean, large rooms, much better than one's on the main strip that are way more expensive, and I've stayed in all of them except the Fairfield.

Had to book direct. Couldn't find this on the internet booking sites. Or did find one, but it said no rooms available, and rooms were available, when called the hotel.

The breakfast was as expected.. I asked at check in and everything I was told was there. Just your basic continental breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure was great. The bonus was the pool. Very clean and new pool furniture. Very enjoyable. The property was central to all our activities.

Wonderful clean pool! Nice quiet place to stay and not too far away from restaurants and downtown.

Could be a tad cleaner around the edges of the room,otherwise a great place to stay for a very reasonable price! Would stay here again

The man at the front desk was very nice. Beds very comfy.

Shower curtain needs replacing, it was very dirty. The bath tub and taps need a good cleaning or replacing. The floors could be vacuumed better.

The management and staff were very polite and helpful.Kevin, a staff member was really nice ,he helped my daughter, set up a fishing pole that my daughter bought for my 6 yr.old grandson..she was having a problem,and seeing her struggling he offered to set it up for her..went for

It's a great location for us between Port Clinton and Catawba Island. Ease of freeway access too. Clean parking lot. I like the upgrades they've done.

Room needed to be a little more clean but wasn't horrible.

I was there for a bass tournament and the ceilings are so low, my rods kept hitting them. I'd stay there again, just remember to keep rod tips low if you stay

Was close to the shooting matches that I was attending . Being close to the downtown made it easy for eating out . But not so close that traffic was ever a issue , or noise .

Would have liked cup`s in the room , but that is not a big issue .

Had to figure out the TV, toilet was not attached to the floor in room 134, and room smelled musty when we walked in.
