Very clean, toiletries in the room were better than most hotels, staff was very helpful, breakfast was good, I liked the design of the room, efficient use of space, hotel is walking distance to great restaurants

The door on the shower swung out, which made splashing water a problem when turning on the shower. The location of the hotel was a little far from the event I was participating in but I knew that when I booked because the price was good

Check in was nice and easy. Having a luggage cart made getting all the luggage in one trip. The breakfast was great hot and fresh with wide variety. The location was excellent loved being across the street from a well stocked gas station and just a short walk from a small strip area with food, shopping, and a play area for the kids.

The corner of the bed was broke and I almost fell off the bed and the toilet clogged but they did give us a plugger

Walking distance to great food, gas and grocery. Shortest of drives to the amazing state parks and minutes from the ferry. Room was decent size, beds comfy and free coffee in the morning.

Smallest of bathrooms but fine. Breakfast was bad. Normal holiday inn free breakfast is pretty great but this was runny eggs and what looked to be undone sausage.

Check-in was smooth & quick. Like they literally had everything ready to go, all I had to do was swipe my card! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is great and not too far from whatever you choose to do. The beds were clean and comfy. Perfect if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room. The price is unbeatable! The breakfast wasn’t too bad, despite what they call eggs (nasty)lol. They kept everything replenished and clean though.

The carpeting in the guest rooms need some attention. It seems well over do for a cleaning. I have a slight case of ocd so my expectations of clean aren't average. The cleanliness did exceed expectations though, considering the price and the fact that it’s a 3 star hotel. We didn’t spend much time in the room which is why I didn’t mind. However, if super clean is your thing and you need to lounge around you may want to find cleaner. The beds were clean and comfy so you’ll get a good night’s sleep. TVs are small and dated, only has basic cable. This is nothing on the hotel but DON’T EAT THE MCDONALDS DOWN THE STREET FROM IT!!!

I loved the fact that they were able to accommodate the same room I had last time. It was close to the door and easy to access. I have a bad one and they went above expectations to accommodate my needs. Definitely be back again.

The staff, room, breakfast, and actual location were all excellent for our needs. We took the ferry to Perry's Victory and International Peace Memorial.

It was difficult to find with GPS until I scrounged up an old street name instead of the highway number for an address. I used 947 Catawba Street. I imagine highway revisions were the source of this difficulty.

Good location & amenities! My van battery actually died the day we were leaving and two kind employees got jumper cables and jumped my vehicle! I was so grateful! Traveling solo w/5 kids can be a lot and they went out of their way to help us. Thank you!!!!

Breakfast was good. Had something for everyone in our family. Had to ask staff a couple times for stuff replaced but once they knew it was provided for example more eggs and the trash was full one morning. We also asked for another blanket and extra towels and they was provided promptly. The only thing was they had road construction in front of the hotel which made for late nights and early mornings due to the sound but not fault to the hotel. My kids favorite was the pool!

The beds were comfortable. The shower water was hot good pressure. Large sink area was nice. Breakfast we ate was tasty.

A lot of areas in the bathroom and shower where they patched holes, didn’t affect our stay just not great looking. Coffee machine and waffle maker didn’t work at breakfask.

Overall nice property. Everything was very clean. Some of the staff were great.

Room was pretty tiny for a double queen, not much floor space to move around. Some of the staff were not helpful at all.
