Breakfast was good and was kept replenished. We stayed in a suite overlooking part of the Sandusky Bay. We saw a bald eagle, two white swans, and herons! The staff was courteous and friendly! Hotel is very clean and well maintained!

The only thing that was an issue, was the door slams shut if you don't catch it. Some folks are not physically able to do this.

Everything about the hotel is pretty much still new. The breakfast was pretty good it had a variety of everything you would get at any hotel (waffles, potatoes, bacon, eggs, cereal, toast, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee) The location is convenient because it’s near the lake, gas station and other restaurants.

Kids was looking forward to the pool but it was under Maintenance.

The hotel lobby, room, breakfast and pool were great. The room was clean and inviting as we stepped in. The front desk personnel were very kind and helpful which made my family and I feel safe and comfortable.

An outdoor pool would have been great but the indoor one did its job.

The breakfast was above average. Many choices and well supplied. Our room heater was a little noisy. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom could have used more hooks to hang towels on. The location was great for our trip.

we love the location. The staff was exceptional. The room was big and we loved the walk in shower!

A cable guide in the room would be helpful.

It’s new so it’s still in the working stage but it is beautiful. Well planed out.

They been more elevators……they are very v e r y slow

I did not like that the pool was not ready for use.
