The staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was very good. The bed and the couch was very comfortable.

The maids had their carts in the hallway most of the time, which I thought was a little odd. And they left dirty linens laying in the hallway. It seemed like they were short staffed in that dept. And the hotel was very busy. That's really my only complaint.

I would like you to know that the day clerk, dark haired woman was not friendly at all. I am not sure I saw her be kind or engage anyone other than talking to the 2 cleaning men. However, I want to commend Melanie, the evening desk girl. So kind, quick to share a smile, and very helpful. She represents your company well. Same could be said about Cookie, the Breakfast tender. A fabulous guest host. Melanie & Cookie were the best thing about our stay!

The pool was actually very warm, the hotel was quiet. Bed was comfy, TV worked well, Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice and friendly! Would definitely go back no doubt.

Rooms are kinda outdated. Bathrooms should be redone. But that really isn't an issue bc they're usable. BUT THE TOILET DOESN'T FLUSH UNLESS YOU HOLD THE HANDLE DOWN LOL. Still not a big deal it is just annoying 😆 Water takes a little while to get hot in the shower.

The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel was good value for money with comfortable beds and the rooms were clean. The location was off a main road. We drove to our tourist locations.

This is an average hotel that is reasonable value. We did not experience any major issues.

Overall the stay there was good. I had a room on the second floor and the room was clean except one of the sheets had stains on it and a piece of hair. I just asked the people at the desk if I could just have new sheets and I changed them myself so I knew that they were clean. Everything else in the room was fine. The AC worked great. The other thing I would note was shower curtain had a stain on it but it didn’t bother me much. The breakfast was really good and they had hot breakfast too. If you are looking for a place to swim this probably isn’t it because the indoor pool area is humid and the water was like a murky green but if you are staying for other plans like cedar point or put-in bay then this is a great location for you. I didn’t have anything trouble checking in. It was quick and easy. Overall I would stay again ! Thanks.

Spacious well appointed rooms, great breakfast and helpful staff. Internet was fast and stable and the location puts you close to the highway to get to Sandusky quickly. Easily competitive with much more expensive hotels.

Weekend breakfast starts at 7 rather than 6, so we had to miss it that morning.

Room was recently updated, very clean, even smelled nice, hotel lobby and 1st floor amenities also clean, updated and nice. Cleaning and front desk at checkout were very kind, conversational and pleasant to speak with. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast hours were a little limited - we're used to breakfast being available till 10 -11am, this one closed at 9:30 so we missed it by 15 min. The hours were posted, but we didn't see that until afterward. There were also cookies available @ front desk during check in but none offered - neither of these things would prevent from staying again.
