The cleanliness of the room was great. Also, there was a combination heating / air conditioning unit that allowed digital setting of the desired temperature. There was a desktop computer, in a room just off the lobby, that was available to the public. There were beverages for sale in the lobby.

There was no phone book in the room. That can be a problem for the minority of people, such as myself, who do not own a smartphone (but at least there was a desktop computer, just off of the lobby, that was available to the public). One of the lamps did not work. The pool was closed. I was not planning on swimming, but that would have been a major letdown for anyone who was planning on doing so.

The property is nice for a median budget hotel. Great hot breakfast with attentive staff. We had a king room that had lots of room to move around. The bed was clean and not terribly uncomfortable. Plenty of parking and never felt unsafe. They have a pool but didn’t that or the exercise equipment this time. I’ve stayed in the past and will probably stay again.

The rates are higher then they should be. Only $20 cheaper then the high end hotel down the road. (They were full) Thin blankets but no different then other hotels. Last time I stayed in a double room and took the blankets from one’d and put both sets on the bed. Definitely lacking in curb appeal but don’t let that deter you.

Clean and fairly well kept! Nice pool and the room was great too with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and TV.

Was disappointed that the hot tub was not in working order (this was part of our choosing this location).

The staff are wonderful. The facilities are clean. Breakfast is great. The place is conveniently located near the turnpike.

The room needs a little repair. The water in the pool was cold. But the area was very clean

If we had a problem they was right there to take care of it!! And we forgot a cell phone in the room and they contacted us right away to let us know. We were very pleased with all of the staff.

There was really nothing we didn't like. The beds we got with our room were pretty small. But we made do.

We really enjoyed the pool and appreciated that it was open until 11:00 pm. The desk staff were nice and helped us when we needed shampoo and pool towels.

The price was high for the level of quality. The towels were thin, and we had to ask for shampoo. Also, we had a two-bed room, but we found the beds exceptionally small. The hot tub jets didn't work.

The bed was absolutely amazing! Super comfy

Minor repairs that are needed otherwise great stay. I told the desk clerk at checkout about it. The door to the room was really hard to open. The bathroom faucet was really hard to turn on.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Property was clean as was the room.

The bed was terribly hard. Thankfully I brought a sleeping bag so I laid that on the bed to sleep on. The pool could use some attention as there is rust and stains along the bottom. An easy fix from a pool guy.

Easy access from highway. Reasonable price. Clean. Hot breakfast. Both evening and morning receptionists friendly.

Room was stiff and strong perfumy smell. Carpet can use good shampooing.

Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast had a nice selection.

Coffee didn't taste good. It might have been the water??? To me it had a strange taste.
