Delicious breakfast. Staff were always on top of it for restocking or cleaning messes with the chaos happening as well. Very good stuff. Staff was really kind.

To be honest, nothing. Everything was awesome. If anything, all I can think of is maybe make the pool hours more clear? We arrived at around 9pm and went down to the pool at around 10:15pm. The door was locked and we read the sign and it said it closed at 10pm but then there was another sign that said closed at 11pm. We ended up going to the desk and getting a special card to get scanned in so everything worked out in the end. My guess is this is because of the kids? If so maybe just make a single sign that says the pools closed for kids 17 and under at 10pm and for adults 11pm? That’s all I can really think of otherwise great hotel.

Staff nice and helpful and friendly. Pool nice. Breakfast good. Easy to find hotel. Free coffee was much appreciated.

Safe in room was locked by previous person. But staff sorted it out. Would be nice if there was a patio area outside, but not a big deal that it didn't have. There was dust on some shelves in the room :(

I like the rooms and the property was clean.

The only thing I didn’t like is that out of all the time I was there I only saw one of the staff members smiling. The rest looked sad and unhappy. But besides that I have nothing to say that was bad about the hotel in general. Also there is nothing to do close to the hotel.

The hotel is modern, comfortable, clean and well stocked with all the things we needed. The brrakfast was deliciois.

Facilities are a bitvwarn down and needs some repairs/painting. Ice machine on 3rd floor is missing. Walls are a bit thin, so we had to listen to the drunk people in the next room fighting.

Breakfast was good. Location was good for family

We did have to complain to the front desk one night because kids were running up and down hallways screaming and knocking on doors. They handled it quickly

Friendly Staff, very clean and great location. They were very accommodating for our large group.

The older cleaning lady by the food area was a bit moody and asked us to move kind of rudely. We understand that she needed to clean but she sort of kicked us out. She could of asked us to move in the area more politely.

The front desk was incredible, the rooms were big and clean. We had our baseball team there and everyone enjoyed themselves.

The rooms were extremely hot even with the air conditioning on.

The hotel was very clean. The beds were a little hard for my taste but the linens are nice and they give you a choice of pillows. Towels were thick, bathroom was modern and very clean, full size toiletry in the shower. Very nice staff! Breakfast was better than most. Good assortment but not enough seating. Yogurt, fruit, cereal, eggs, biscuits & gravy, sausage, 3 kinds of juice, chocolate milk, pancakes, hot cinnamon rolls, muffins, bagels, breads. Everything in the room was clean and looked cared for. Would stay there again if we get back to this way again

Location was way off the beaten path. Traveling through on our way to Niagara Falls and everything near Sandusky was crazy expensive last minute so we decided to travel a ways south. There was a wedding the night we were there so the halls got loud when they got back, but overall, not too noisy.

The breakfast was amazing for a hotel. The pool was really clean and the standard king room was beautiful. Worth the price they ask.

Checked in late and checked out early. The two women I dealt with were both friendly and professional. I never got their names. I would stay again if I'm ever back up this way.
