Minor drama with front desk at check-in, but they were very busy with a lot we were throwing at them that weekend. They quickly made up for it. Not the most responsive valet for parking. This impacts a guest’s experience. There is no other option offered by hotel. Even when they are an externally contracted service (totally different company), it reflects on the hotel. Probably not many other options for a hotel in Findlay’s, Ohio.

It’s a beautiful hotel. We love the accommodations, the lobby and location.

Valet parking is always inconvenient for us, as we need to retrieve numerous items from our car and leave in our car multiple times during each overnight stay. It makes no sense to bring everything up to our room when we stay one night. It’s to the point that we may not stay there again because of it. Self parking would be so much more to our liking. I found it odd and annoying that a hotel of this caliber would run out of coffee creamer in the lobby in the morning and admit they had very little milk for coffee in the restaurant. I would think that would be unacceptable for many guests.

This hotel was amazing! Beautiful public spaces, clean room that was well appointed with beautiful furniture and a comfortable bed. I had a king suite and the bathroom was amazing. The staff was great! I generally don't like using valet parking but here it was outstanding! My car was always ready for me in 2-3 minutes. Loved this place and if I'm ever in the area again I will definitely stay here!

Breakfast 's great and delicious , reasonable price with good quality and portion. we went back the second time before we left. i would like to give a big compliment to Michael at the front desk. he's so friendly and very helpful, and polite, answered my questions and help solving problems with some complication with my stays, he also, recommended us to walk/bike around the park nearby. it's a wonderful idea to offer bicycles with helmets to customers to get some exercise, however, it's too big for me, Recommended to have Tandem bike.

It’s beautifully decorated and very clean. You pull up and the valet greats you. You walk through the door and the staff at the desk greated us as well. Although the gentleman who checked us in was polite and courteous he was and I hate to say this was intoxicated. He had a small cup of alcohol and you could smell it in his breath. He was very shaky as well. That will not deter us from ever coming back.

Convenient, clean, well maintained, and always friendly staff. This was about our 5th stay at the Hancock, always a good experience. We'll stay again I'm sure!

Only issue we had was with valet parking. Would be nice if we could park ourselves. But this time, they had trouble retrieving our vehicle. When we came in the night before, it was very congested and cars were backed up. They mistakenly put the wrong tag on the wrong vehicle. It was sorted out easily, but took an extra 20 minutes at least to resolve.

My daughter attends University of Findlay and this is my go-to hotel. Although there is no personal parking, paying for Valet is worth the stay. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, and rooms are great. I love the chocolate covered pretzels they leave on your bed...such a treat! I also love the restaurant on-site Mancy's steakhouse has amazing food. I love this hotel!!

It's a very nice, upscale hotel in a small town. So, it was nicer than I expected. Modern, very clean, very efficient, nicely located on the main street with restaurants and shopping right out the door. The valet parking was a nice convenience.

The pillows on the bed. 4 or more pillows. Two king size very soft pillows and two square hard pillows. Hard to suit everybody when it comes to pillows, but I'd like just a standard, medium softness pillow, not one extreme or the other.

Most everything .. we absolutely love this hotel! It is such a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful hotel..one that is not only refined and gracious… but also affordable.

We have previously eaten at Mancy’s, but rarely do now. Prices are too high and quality of food and service do not merit the cost. We do like the Bar area and always enjoy a cocktail there before or after we eat elsewhere, although we found the bartender to be a bit brusque.
