All-round a great stay. Customer care is always #1 for us then cleanliness.

The neighbors dog barking for hours. Seems sad that a guest would leave a pet unattended in a room for hours. Work related or not.

Breakfast was great.

We paid for two nights but didn't get house cleaning after the first. We had to ask for clean towels the second night. Should not have to ask.

Staff is amazing and the hotel was very clean

Needs to be updated. You can tell it’s been awhile since any renovations. Pool area was kinda gloomy and uninviting.

Breakfast was fine. You could tell, nothing was made from scratch. It was good, but nothing to brag about. Rooms clean and comfortable.

The kindness of the staff and how clean my room was. I also liked how close it was to my job.

The beds were super comfy. Room was clean. Breakfast was good with a good selection of items. I enjoyed partaking of the breakfast option.

The room where breakfast is, is a bit small. The area of eating breakfast was drafty from doors opening/closing. We moved a couple times to try to get out of the drafts as it was winter and snowing.

The location was great it was literally around the corner from where we were going. Had an issue with the room we were first assigned to and they switched it immediately. The staff was great and very nice.

People at the front desk were very flexible, accommodating and easy to work with. My adult children and family came into Tiffin to have time together. My daughter and husband came up from Georgia and my son and family came in from Warren Ohio. We have not been together on at least 2 yrs. it was nice to be together in one location.

Breakfast was less than my past experience. It could be a result of COVID. I remember biscuit and gravy, personal made waffles and and personal egg prep or egg casserole. We chose to go elsewhere for breakfast and spend the extra expense.

Staff fantastic! Extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered a great variety of hot and cold choices.

Breakfast was great and the staff was excellent. Those taking care of restocking and clean tables couldn’t have been better. Friendly and helpful

I felt the price was too high for a small town. I would have stayed elsewhere if there had been an acceptable alternative
