The front desk upon arrival was so welcoming and kind. The rooms are immaculate. The hotel grounds are beautiful and in a very quiet area. Plenty of parking. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

The location was slightly far away from restaurants and the downtown, but im really grasping at straws here to find something I didnt like. This hotel was incredibly beautiful.

Hotel seemed very clean. Staff check in very friendly. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast had OK variety but was quite good and staff very friendly and accommodating. Variety of restaurants nearby. Quiet.

Price of room fluctuated a lot over the month before reservation

Impeccably clean. Staff was outstanding. So friendly, made you feel at home. The breakfast was done by two fantastic ladies that were so attentive and kind. Kept things so clean and full. They were so cheerful greeting everyone. I will stay here again for sure. It was one of the cleanest hotels I have been in lately. Rooms were impeccable and fresh feeling. TO THE OWNERS: Do whatever you have to keep that very capable and kind staff that you have!!!!

Maybe have a hot tub. But the pool was awesome.

The staff was excellent. I can't remember the last time I was greeted in the morning with a genuine "good morning" and a smile (and this was at 7 am by not just one employee, but each one I met in the breakfast area and at the front desk). They made me feel very welcome.

Everything was great. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The ladies working the breakfast this morning went out of their way to make my kids happy and appreciated that very much. Loved the pool, a little cold but the kids loved it. Definitely coming back again.

Breakfast everyday was amazing! However I would have preferred whole milk as opposed to one and/or two percent low fat milk.

No in room maid services on Christmas Eve as well as on Christmas Day

Breakfast was quite adequate for my needs, on time, and plentiful. Good variety.

I wish there had been a more comfortable chair in the room. The couch-like piece of furniture was awkward and uncomfortable.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and the sweetest lady working breakfast. They helped us get what we needed. Many options for breakfast, not your standard buffet. Loved the omelette options!

The price couldn’t been a bit lower. We found a really good rate elsewhere but chose to come here instead based on location and reviews.

Staff was great. Beds super comfy. Nice sized rooms, pretty clean. (just looked like a stain was on the carpet in a spot, but that's minor. Bathrooms super clean and easy access to everything, nice set up. Had an issue half way through our stay where our keypad shut down/locked us out of the room, went downstairs to talk to front desk and they just had to reset the key, no biggie. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Didn't get a chance to utilize the pool, the workout area or partake of breakfast. The pool and workout areas were because we were busy with family who live in the area and the breakfast.. well, the breakfast hours didn't jive with our crazy schedule so we can't give a yay or nay on the offerings, however the coffee is good- hubby had a cup of it on our last morning.

Unfortunately we left before breakfast started, but it looked good.

The first room we checked into wasn't to our liking, but we easily got moved to another room which was excellent.
