It sounded as though the people next door were either rearranging or breaking the furniture..lots of banging that went on for hours.

The hallways and public areas were filthy when I checked in. Lots of loud noise and banging from the room next door and this continued for several hours when I was trying to get to sleep. People loudly conversing in the hallways. Safety issue:End door constantly held open with a brick(I kicked the brick away and shot the door 5 times during a 2 day stay)

The manager recognized me as a frequent guest and upgraded my room so that I wouldn't have to climb stairs. He was so friendly even remembering why I was staying there. Clean, quiet, comfortable and friendly staff-what more would I want?

convenient and clean - rooms were updated, as were bathrooms. staff was very nice.

was a bit noisy, but a/c blocked it out. while clean, the smell of cleaning chemicals was overpowering- a/c to the rescue, again.

The only thing was someone had a pit bull they couldn’t control and almost attacked my dog

Clean rooms and spacious. Close to highway and major restaurants. Friendly staff someone always at front desk.

The younger male was rather unpleasant/snippy with us upon arrival. We'd spent the evening with our 15 month old granddaughter, whom we hadn't seen in 2 months as we live 4 hours away and always have to stay over. He could have asked if everything was all right. I'd have explained and apologized. Oh, my cell phone died and I had no charger.

Friendly staff as always

Having to pay a deposit even though we stay 4 to 6 times a year and it always gets refunded. Extra step not needed for us.
