Not much of a breakfast here.

I did not like being harassed by the hotel staff to get there by a certain time. When you are on the road trying to make miles and book a room to arrive at by the night that is the purpose especially with a hotel by the highway! I have stayed here before and it seems like a good value and perfect spot to stop for the night traveling home from the UP but you don't expect the host to call and ask when do you think you will arrive to which I said 9;30 ish. We arrived within 10 minutes or less of that, but she was already calling again saying are you coming right at 9:30 maybe she wanted to leave the hotel seemed full which is why I booked a room. But maybe she wanted to give the room away either way this is impolite at best so not sure I will return here. It gave me a bad impression.

From the outside I didn’t expect much, since it looks like most 2 star properties, but the room was very pleasant and clean. No frills, but little touches of comfort and quality that surprised me. I especially liked the tile design along the top of the shower, nice hair and body products, and the quality of the bathroom fixtures and furniture. Little things, like plenty of USB plugs by the night tables, a microwave and small fridge, table for your suitcase, desk, and a comfy chair and ottoman. My King room was quite spacious too. Also, the bed was quite comfortable and I really liked that there was no carpet- it seemed much cleaner that way. All in all, for the price, I was pleasantly surprised. They also have a check-out free policy, so it was easy to leave early the next morning. Location was great as well, right off the highway, and as full as they were, it was a quiet night. Will be returning.

While there was a chest of drawers, there was no closet for hanging clothes. Not much breakfast, and parking was cramped. Also, they have no elevator so if you have trouble with stairs you’ll need a first floor room.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Second time staying here and the kids wanted the same room as last time and they were happy to oblige. We also accidentally forgot 3 things and had to go back and they had them waiting for us. We will possibly be back for a third time in just a few weeks time. We also love how the bathroom toilet/shower area is a separate room from the sink and mirror areas. It allows someone to privately shower or use the bathroom while another person can brush teeth, do hair and/or makeup at the same time to save time when we need to be somewhere.

For the price I wasn't expecting too much. But from checking in to leaving my stay was perfect. Staff was great, and the room was actually CLEAN and it smelled so fresh walking in. Didn't find any stains on the bedding or dirt anywhere in our room. It was nice and quiet and we didn't have anyone rushing us out at checkout, which makes leaving with kids less chaotic! Absolutely recommend and will be staying again!!!!

The room was clean and updated. The bed was very comfortable.

It could have used an upholstery chair . I had to be taken to the hospital on the second day of my visit. I requested a 1 day refund since I was in the hospital. They told me they couldn’t do that because I wasn’t checked out by 11 AM.

Affordable, no frills lodging. An updated old-school motel. Simple overnight reservation needed for a wedding. Got a nice clean bed, clean bathroom/shower area and no bad odors or pests. For $90 a night, it exceeded my expectations.

Pillows were hard as a rock, gave me and the wife a little headache in the morning. Only gripe I had!

Convenience of the layout for my husband regarding the handicap accomodations.

The cost was a bit unexpected due to the unfortunate relocation from our home we were blind sided by, especially during the holidays. Everything was clean and tidy overall, cozy 💛

Right off the interstate and very close to the main part of town! It looks small from the outside but it is very clean and has amenities other hotels don’t like both a fridge and microwave, in addition to nightstands you can plug your phone into with a usb. Great value for the price!

I have stayed here several times and I have found the consistency of room cleanliness is very apparent. They take a lot of pride in trying to give travelers a clean and comfortable nights stay.. The small staff are also wonderful hard working people.

I think word got out what a great value this hotel is. They were very busy this weekend.

Super friendly staff, very clean and modern feeling rooms. The location was great with it being right off the highway, but without any highway noise.

Might have some accessibility issues because the parking lot had a drainage issue so there was a lot of ice heading up to the office.
