Free breakfast was Splendid !!! Waffle.Maker, Crispy Bacon, Omlette, Potatoes, Oatmeal, Yogurt, Granola, etc etc !!! Just very generous breakfast and yummy !!! Shuts down at 9 sharp, so rise early !! Delicious !! Front desk Staff and others were GREAT !! Want to especially mention Conway, who was superb and went above and beyond to help !! The room was very well appointed; a fridge ,microwave, iron, haidryer, etc, had a classy design, a great view, blackout curtains, a spacious, beautifully decorated, bathroom, . It was nice and quiet, so it was very easy to sleep and sleep in if needed. Great location with a Walmart just across the road. We had a Wonderful Stay !! The bottom line is this best place to stay at hands down !!

Amy in the breakfast area was so cheerful and helpful and Ben at the front desk provided exemplary customer service! Thanks!! Close to the University of Findlay where our daughter has recently enrolled!

When did it become the customer's job to fix the locations internet? The internet was awful, at times i was getting 2MB down, my cell phone was 21MB. Front desk asked me to contact the ISP, which i did and they said they resolved the issue, but we never did see any change.

Exceeded Expectations! "Country Inn" was sleek and modern, spacious, with many small amenities that made the stay more valuable! Unexpected: extra roominess and sofa bed, lighted makeup nook with chair and smaller mirror too, spacious dining/breakfast area, 24/7 coffee, nice pool area, attractive accommodations, separate business center, outdoor seating with tables and chairs. Dining: The lady who runs the breakfast is a gem! Food: Good options, including for gluten-sensitive, including eggs and meat. Would stay here again!

Fitness Center: Needs extras, like mats, weights, etc. I didn't use, so I forgot to check whether the temperature was adjustable? Food: Too heavy on the bad cheese; either make it an optional add-on, or use something better! Daughter took one bite of omelet and didn't eat. I have rarely stayed in a hotel that offered good coffee; this is something Country Inn & Suites could purchase to upgrade the guest experience. Not sure why, but the listing doesn't show PHOTOS of all public areas!!! This is important!

Was very very clean. Staff was kind, and the manager stepped WAY UP when needed. He absolutely made the difference.

Short version. Large multifamily group in town to bury Grandma,mother. All rooms booked prior to dates reserved (by 3 or 4 months)....got there about 20 mins of each other. Watched my sister get told they're out of rooms. That didn't bode well for the staff once Mom heard. It got fixed and the manager, as I said stepped way up and made things right. Thank you.

Was very clean, beds comfortable and could control temperature in room easily. Great breakfast. Very accommodating staff. Easily accessible to all stores restaurants and family we were visiting. The only thing missing was hand soap at the sink. Other than that was perfect.

They need to put hand soap in bathroom sink area. Needed to use shower gel hanging in shower.

Everything really! Beautiful suite room with a comfy bed. Breakfast that had everything from oatmeal to biscuits and gravy. And, it is pet friendly with a generous pet run. There is also a beautiful garden with a 1/10th mile paved walk for the humans to exercise. The pool looked inviting but we didn’t get to use it this time.

The hotel was nice and enough room for me and my three kids and husband in one of the smallest rooms they offered. They had complementary breakfast and a pool and they offered pool towel.

The cooked breakfast was not great, even for free hotel breakfast but the grab and gos’s (muffins/yogurt or even cereal where definitely good enough replacement options. The pool was small for the amount of guest they accommodate and definitely need a good pressure washing at the walking/seating area. The inside of the pool was clean and they offered clean towel at the pool which was great.

The breakfast bar. The worker there was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to welcome every single person coming in there to have breakfast. She would make any 1 star hotel a 10 star one.

The pool wasn't heated, and the hot tub was sealed off. There also was no vending on the second floor, I don't know about the other floors. But we had to come all the way down to the lobby to get a snack.

Everything was great, Except the bath tub was filthy! Rest of the bath and the room were very clean- but the tube was disgusting. In spite of the of being short staffed, the Gal working the front desk came up and cleaned it. This was So appreciated. She was professional and pleasant even though she was not part of the hotel housekeeping. Really went the extra mile.The hotel was almost fully booked and the front desk super busy. Corporate really needs to support you staff much more. In order to keep this type of quality employees!!
