Jody the MOD was wonderful! Our room was perfect and clean! Thank you, Sue! 😊 The whole facility was clean and smelled good. The breakfast bar was set up nicely and staff over seeing it was kind and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was below our expectations based on comparable hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast items we would have expected or have had offered at other hotels are bananas, chocolate milk, more cereal options besides two. Also, hash brown potatoes, bacon, sausage and gravy with biscuits, bagels and cream cheese. And the plastic forks were so flimsy it was almost impossible to eat our waffle. The plastic cups for juice were so flimsy your hand squished it with juice in it and I had to switch to a coffee cup to feel safer.

It was close to I-75, the customer service was tops, clean, rooms were big, comfortable, and the Gentleman at the front desk was the bomb. He was a pleasure to speak with and he was very accommodating. We missed breakfast so he gave us to go bags, even though it was past time for breakfast I will definitely tell people from Michigan to stop at Comfort Suites in Findlay, OHio. Findlay is a beautiful town, lots of shopping, restaurants, and very relaxing. It’s 5 hour drive so great for a mini getaway

The front desk clerk was fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Room was big and comfy. Quiet for a good night's sleep. Clean. Hotel is close to the interstate which was a plus. The breakfast was delicious. The gentleman taking care of the breakfast bar was so nice and stayed busy the whole time. Excellent stay.

It was very close to ball fields so very convenient.

Check-in process caused unnecessary stress and manager who called me about issue with transaction threatened to cancel my reservation if I didn’t get there asap. He was very rude and was not very understanding of the situation. The lady at the front desk was much easier to work with and had the issue resolved in a few minutes.

Room was clean other than one little hiccup Hotel staff was welcoming upon arrival Breakfast was good for the size it was Shower was nice and hot and had good water pressure

Pool was a little on the cool side Had a couple lights that were not working but not a majorly big deal still had sufficient lighting

I loved that the rooms were adjoined like I requested. I was traveling with grandchildren and needed them to be that way. I was very pleased with everything and the breakfast was a plus. Check in was smooth also.

Someone urinated in the elevator and that made me a little worried about letting the grandchildren use the pool area for safety reasons. We did not actually see the person that urinated in the elevator. When we went down stairs to retrieve something from the van we put the yellow caution signs in the elevator.

Manager Jodi was great! We came for the eclipse and the hotel gave each person a goodie bag. It was nice. Breakfast was good, love a hotel waffle! 🙂

The only staff we interacted with was Jodi. The other workers, like the lady who does the breakfast area she looks like she hates her job. I even smiled and said hi. Nothing. 😐

Like it around car lots so the noise level is super low it close to freeway but not close enough to hear. They let me do extra things to comfort my wife for anniversary so that made up for alot.

Found bottle bottle under a/c unit and beer cans under the couch so they dont look under things when cleaning staff does there job.

We have stayed in a lot of comfort suites and this is by far the best. Brenda at the front desk was personable, helpful, and kind. She really made us feel welcome and was able to answer all of our questions. Jody was fantastic at the breakfast. She kept everything stocked and was kind and helpful to our boys. A lot of places stop re-stocking their food the last our but she was really on top of it. They offered something for everyone both hot and cold choices plus to go bags for travelers that don't have time to eat. That is a super great idea. The staff at this facility really understand and provide what guests want and need. The rooms are clean, the beds are really comfortable, the furniture is really nice and comfortable and the bathrooms are huge. Normally you can barely turn around in hotel bathrooms but this one was spacious and functional. We only stayed one night but will definitely be back.

We loved our stay and I don't have any negatives to share.

The staff was very friendly, even though when my girls and I checked in they were having their Christmas party. They were still nice n considerate. The pool was nice n clean n plenty of clean warm towels, lolol.. And our housekeeper Debi, she was exceptionally phenomenal. She gave us extra trash bags, tidied up our room n made our beds. She even gave us all fresh new towels, she was awesome and very nice to my daughters. They liked her alot. Way to go Debi. We left her a Christmas basket, hope she liked it.

The only two downfalls was that we couldn't take our dog with us, no pet policy..😓😟 n the breakfast could use a little more variety than just sausage n egg patty or Belgian waffle, maybe b&g or able to make an omelet some boiled eggs or some fruit..
