Drew and Jasmine were at the Front Desk when we arrived and were so friendly and helpful. We were glad that Comfort Inn & Suites chose them to be part of their public "face." Thank you! And the breakfast was delicious, the food hot, and the area where it was served was neat, clean and well-maintained. An agreeable place to eat a nutricious meal that sent us on our way. Thanks, Drew and Jasmine!

It may be that we're still adjusting to the higher prices of everything, so our lack of 100% appreciation for the price of our stay there may not actually be something that Comfort Inn & Suites can adjust if surrounding accomodations are considered. We just wished it could have been a bit less expensive. Maybe it's just that we need to adjust our expectations!

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There seems to be a trend in which rooms are cleaned on an every other day basis, rather than daily. I consider this an advantage since I tend to sleep later than other quests and appreciate the lack of intrusion. Breakfast was OK, but not spectacular.

The wifi was weak making it difficult to visit websites and Facetime with my wife. This was a handicapped room (though I have no disabilities) and the seat in the shower was pulling away from the wall. It was secure enough not to collapse, but a person with a disability might have noticed that the brackets on either side had pulled away from the wall. I reported it to the manager who said he would correct the problem.

Staff very friendly and accommodating the entire place is very clean. Free Breakfast was delicious better than most we’ve had . Pool and Spa Tub very clean and the chemicals were not overwhelming like most they actually Clean their pool and spa . Great location as well . Overall we all were very satisfied.

Loved the hot breakfast, and kiddo loved the waffles! The location was great. Close to the lake, grocery stores, and restaurants. The staff was fantastic! Very kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day. Being able to take our dog was great as well.

I can't complain. There was some construction and remodeling going on. But noise was minimal, and it's only to make the place nicer. Overall, I have no complaints.

The staff was friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The tv remote was very hard to use. It was painfully slow to change channels, which made it nearly impossible to search for something to watch and some channels that were offered like HBO weren't available. Also the volume buttons didn't work well at all. The outlet behind the desk stopped working too which meant i couldn't turn on the lamp. These are all minor inconveniences yet for the rate to stay at this hotel they should be fixed.

Booking.Com dropped the ball and didn't send out revised reservation. The front desk clerk worked with us and was on the phone with them telling them they didn't do their part of the job. She got us a room and was AMAZING!!

I liked that the location is close to some restaurants as well as a Walmart and other stores.

I wish the hotel had two queen bed suites with a couch in them. The breakfast was ok. I have had better.

Pool and hot tub closed at 10. After being out exploring, adults should be able to swim later. Nighttime clerk was rude and grumpy.

The only thing I can think of is i would put a hook or bar next to the shower (accessible room) so you can reach it after the shower.
