The front desk staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable

Minor but the vent in the bathroom had clumps of dust in it and that would fall on to the counter and into anything nearby. I just wanted to vacuum it out. While the room was huge and had a frig and microwave it could have used a small table because of the size. Also there was an adjacent bedroom which we didn't need. I didn't think I would be paying 165 a night 🙁

I asked about renting a rollaway a few days before my reservation. I was told it was being used and couldn't be arranged. I said, "No worries When I arrived at the evening of our stay, the front desk clerk told me he was able to acquire one for me from a nearby property. What an amazing thing to do! Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Excellent location. Will be my go-to in future visits.

Facilities were basic, but clean and comfortable which is what we were looking for. Friendly staff and also very affordable.

A coffee machine was available, but would have been nice to have a Continental Breadfast, but not essential. I realize thnot having that helps keep the room rate down.

We were in Port Clinton on a fishing trip. The hotel staff put us in an end room so we could be close to where they allowed us to plug our boat up charging the battery. The room were clean and comfortable.

Nothing about our stay was bad nor do we have anything bad to say.

Location was good with restaurants across the street as is the lake. Easy on off highway. Front desk gentleman was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and was straightened up every morning, a pleasant surprise.

It isn’t critical to staying at this hotel, but decor is very dated and worn. It is clean just dated. No comfortable chair in room.

The hotel smelled clean and inviting. The front desk was courteous and friendly. The room was very clean, and everything worked as expected. The place was quiet at night, and it was safe. The vending area had alot to choose from and the lobby was nice and organized and clean.

The continental breakfast should have been a little more. I like to use french vanilla coffee creamer, and this facility did not offer that. Other than that I liked everything.

The room was very cozy and the bed very comfortable. Sunny was very kind when I checked in and each time I came in and out of the facility. He made me feel very welcomed.

The next best thing to having breakfast in the hotel lobby was having McDonald's right next door so no problem at all.

The best part of our stay was talking with the young gentleman behind the desk. He was so personable and helpful with all our questions about Port Clinton.

The only suggestion would be to use less room fragrance into the rooms and in the lobby. Was a bit strong smelling.

The guy on Reception was amazing...cheerful, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Well furnished and well equipped. Linen and towels all clean. Ability to do laundry at the end of a long road trip was a bonus 🤗

The windowsill and Aircon unit were quite dusty and covered in dead insects. Furnishings were new but decor dull, in need of painting. Breakfast was limited.

The hotel manager,Sonny was a very nice man. He was very acknowledgeable and helpful

Breakfast was not good , very few options. Front rooms had a lot of street noise.
