This property is in a great location, easy to reach from the highway, easy to check in, friendly staff, accessible suite is super, super convenient to the parking lot for unpacking/repacking. This property is also very convenient to multiple dining and fuel options. The room itself was very warm on a cold winter night. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The breakfast options were good, especially at this price.

I didn't really find anything to dislike.

The staff were wonderful and very kind. Breakfast wasn't bad. The waffle machine is always a bit with the kiddos! The location, right on the water was fantastic. Being able to relax on the deck and watch the water is very relaxing.

Don't have too many complaints. Can't complain on location. Food was okay, but included, and our fur baby was able to come along, always a plus!

The room had lots of space and good towels. The deck in the back looking out over the water was very nice.

The room had a bit of a musty smell. The window latch didn’t close properly and it was on the first floor. I had to use a hanger as a dowel in the sliding track to feel safe.

We were double charged and it is our responsibility to dispute it and get the overage back. The staff could not talk to a manager as he was not there and would not answer his phone. Or that is what they said.

Breakfast was missing some of the items,milk was spoiled .

Loved the brkfast and 24hr coffee set up . The view of lake from patio was very nice and the staff was very polite and tried to make our stay pleasant.

Didn't like the high pet fee and that it was nightly not per stay, but they refunded it ,so all is good.

The hot tub and pool were both enjoyable, the indoor pool was comfortably warm. Breakfast included and area to make your own waffle area with butter and syrup. Inside of the hotel is wonderful and check in was easy, Becky went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.

Breakfast options were too limited (besides waffles, there were two cereal options and yogurt), small areas of the hotel were dirty, like rust behind the sink in our room. The blankets in the rooms were a little thin, but the temperature of the rooms was nice. The hallway was very warm, as if there was no air conditioning in the halls.

After reading a couple of bad reviews we almost looked at other hotels. I'm so very glad we didn't. The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast each morning was very good, several choices . The room...oh my goodness, the view was absolutely beautiful! The bed was comfortable and the room had wall to wall windows facing Lake Erie!

The ice machine closest to us was broken but it wasn't that far to the other one.

The powdered eggs an sausage for breakfast wasn't very good.

We had lake view. Staff was so friendly. Tony the manager went out of his way to make things easier for me because I couldn't climb stairs.
