Your Staff is excellent and very friendly. The staff went above and beyond when we asked for something to drink coffee at 5:30 pm. I lost the lock on my Golf cart, and they never charged me. I enjoyed every one of your staff and the girls who cleaned the rooms. Very clean ..

The only issue was that people who do not stay at the hotel used the pool and showed up with outside food and drinks. We were told no drinks or food could be brought into the pool. The people who did not stay at the hotel were majority younger girls, 20 -26 were very rude and would hold the floats when they were out of the pool, so no older people who could hardly walk could even use them. My one friend has hip issues, and I went to take the one float on the ground not being used, but next to the girls' chairs, she started yelling at me and swearing. This is at the river pool. Also, young kids and teenagers jump off the rocks where the waterfall is.

It was clean and close to the night time entertainment scene as well as food . Pool and hot tub area were great.

No in room coffee maker, no complimentary breakfast. Both are pretty common in every hotel we’ve stayed in. For the price they could at least have grab and go breakfast items. $3.00 for a bottle of water when you can go buy a case at the store less than 5 min walk. We thought rooms needed more bath towels. First hotel we’ve stayed in out of 7+ on the island where our room wasn’t ready by 1pm. It was a Monday so the place wasn’t full. Their policy like every other hotel on the island is ready by 3 pm. They charge a $200 security deposit not mentioned when you prepay that should immediately be credited to your account the day you leave. We’re still waiting.

The stay was fantastic. Rooms were neat, clean and the beds so comfortable. Front office was very courteous and hospitable. Made it very convenient to rent a golf cart directly from the hotel. Grounds were very neat and well taken care of. The Islander Inn is within walking distance to bars, restaurants and gift shops. I stayed at the hotel the weekend before the Memorial weekend. Coming back in August for a longer stay and will be booking at the Islander Inn.

Property was nice and clean and in a convenient location. Mini fridge in the room. Convenient location close to other pools and bars. Short walking distance from the jet express, no golf cart rental needed (also offered by the hotel if you choose). Great communication. Half of the island lost power due to a storm and was updated on when it would likely be back on. We had a small leak in the window seal (only noticed rain water during the storm), front desk was informed, they offered to come clean the carpet and no charge taken from the security deposit. Air conditioner kept the room nice and cold. Towels and soap provided. Clean sheets and comfortable pillows. Guest names provided at check in and wrist bands put on to prevent others from entering the hotel after hours.

Tv in our room was on the smaller side. Didn’t bother us at all because we didn’t use it.

The hotel staff was great. I asked for a special request in room when we arrived and they nailed it!!!Champaign and roses and chocolates!!! Perfect touch! Very friendly and always keeping things tidy for the next day. Updated exterior with special touches of seasonal flowers gave this place a 5 star! Great place for a perfect wedding getaway!

Golf cart rental was tricky but we did get it worked out

Very clean and secure hotel.

My only concern is having to wear a bracelet with the hotel name in it. If I was a young woman traveling alone, I wouldn't want to advertise where I was staying.. I get the intention of security but there could be a better option. It doesn't electronically do anything. The $20 parking per night is a little steep. I'm guessing that I missed that during the booking process.

We avoided the weekend crowds by arriving Sunday evening and appreciated the quiet atmosphere during our three-day stay. It was nice to have a choice of pools to jump in, and we had fun exploring the island. The location of the Inn made it convenient to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Coffee was available every morning in the lobby, and we liked having a refrigerator in the room. The staff did a good job cleaning up the mayflies - those cute little pests.

We are not sure why washcloths weren't provided, but we didn't ask.

Nice property, good location within walking distance to downtown. Was a bit disappointed we weren’t allowed to bring water to drink by the pool, but understood it’s a business and they are making money selling drinks at the bar. Security walked us to our room when we arrived back to the hotel after going out and returning late. It was nice knowing they were watching who was entering the property.

Room was fine, clean and comfortable beds. Staff very nice, courteous, helpful. Good complimentary coffee. Great outdoor multiple pools and giant hot tub.

Only one gate to get into the very large pool area. A long walk from our poolside room. We asked about this and we’re told it was for security reasons. I can understand that but one gate on each side of the area would be convenient for guests.

Great location if you enjoy being within walking distance to all the bars/restaurants. Bartenders were friendly.

The signage says that they don't allow you to bring any kind of outside cup to the pool area. We found that to be very inconsistent depending on who the security was at the gate. So every time you want a drink of water, you have to wait in line at the bar for a small plastic cup.
