The stay was fantastic. Rooms were neat, clean and the beds so comfortable. Front office was very courteous and hospitable. Made it very convenient to rent a golf cart directly from the hotel. Grounds were very neat and well taken care of. The Islander Inn is within walking distance to bars, restaurants and gift shops. I stayed at the hotel the weekend before the Memorial weekend. Coming back in August for a longer stay and will be booking at the Islander Inn.

Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Property was nice and clean and in a convenient location. Mini fridge in the room. Convenient location close to other pools and bars. Short walking distance from the jet express, no golf cart rental needed (also offered by the hotel if you choose). Great communication. Half of the island lost power due to a storm and was updated on when it would likely be back on. We had a small leak in the window seal (only noticed rain water during the storm), front desk was informed, they offered to come clean the carpet and no charge taken from the security deposit. Air conditioner kept the room nice and cold. Towels and soap provided. Clean sheets and comfortable pillows. Guest names provided at check in and wrist bands put on to prevent others from entering the hotel after hours.

Tv in our room was on the smaller side. Didn’t bother us at all because we didn’t use it.

We avoided the weekend crowds by arriving Sunday evening and appreciated the quiet atmosphere during our three-day stay. It was nice to have a choice of pools to jump in, and we had fun exploring the island. The location of the Inn made it convenient to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Coffee was available every morning in the lobby, and we liked having a refrigerator in the room. The staff did a good job cleaning up the mayflies - those cute little pests.

We are not sure why washcloths weren't provided, but we didn't ask.

It was close to all the restaurants and had nice pools to Swim in. Loved the golf carts, staff very friendly.

Being all the way at other end of property. Other guests were allowed to come and swim and hangout and drink at the hotel. Had to wait until people got drunk to let my teenagers swim. Also, there was no way to hook up ps5 for entertainment through the night. So lower tv and make extra outlets . Make it more family oriented vs party oriented.

Very clean comfortable and a great location. The lady working the front desk at checkout was very nice. She helped me get a golf cart. Held our bags til we actually left the island. Answered all my questions. Three ladies that was with me had never been to the island.

I was told the pool was open until 10. We checked in at 8. Went back to our room to change ( which we told the guy when he said it was open until 10) within literally 10 minutes HE CLOSED the pool !! I went bqck to the lobby he said SORRY!! I said you knew all four of us was going to swim !! Very nice area we just didnt get to enjoy it. They didnt offer to let us swim at checkout( i told the lady working what he did !!

We were in the back building. Recently renovated. Nice, bed was nice. The air conditioning didn't cool us down as much as we wanted (but our friends next door said that theirs was very cold). Pool is nice. Once we figured out the shortcuts, getting anywhere on the main part of the island was super easy.

Other than the air conditioning not being cold as much as we wanted it to be (but it did work), nothing to complain about. Oh, one other thing. I reserved/rented a golf cart for the stay. However, the cart had to be returned by 9pm each night. This is even though we got the same cart every day. I was out with my friends, but had to break away while I drove the cart back to the motel.

The staff was amazing and helpful. The security team was attentive and friendly. The location was amazing, with a very short walk to the main area on the island. I loved being able to rent a cart from the Inn rather than hoping to get one from the vendor. The front desk staff was amazing and helpful. I even used the text service for a cab number when i was stuck further away and received an answer within a timely major, which was a life saver.

The only thing that was off to me is the room we had did not have a coffee machine and a microwave which I guess I'm used to from other places I've stayed. The price for the room is high but once I met the staff and realized the location I feel the price is justified.

The location was perfect for walking downtown! Staff was friendly! Our room was recently updated and was perfect! Loved the walk-in shower. AC worked great and the minifridge kept our drinks cold! The lazy river pool was wonderful and relaxing! It was away from the party pool but could still enjoy the music!

Not much not to like!

The location is excellent and the three pools and swim up bar added great value

The pool area closes at 9:00 pm and there isn’t anywhere on-site to relax in the event you don’t want to go for late night drinks or dinner (other than your room). It would be nice to have a place for friends to hangout after 9:00 pm on-site.

It was very clean and in a great location. Beds were super comfortable. Also every staff member I came in contact with was SO friendly and helpful and accommodating. Jeremy, the security guard, is an absolute gem! Give him a raise! We loved him!

My only issue was the music at the pool was obviously loud. We could hardly carry on a conversation it was so loud. I get that it’s a “party” but that was just ridiculous. It literally hurt my ears.
