The location, cleanliness, friendly staff, and quiet nights were perfect for us.

We didn't care for the scrambled eggs they served at breakfast. They were tasteless, and had that reconstituted texture that dehydrated eggs have. We wished they offered Hard boiled eggs too. The rest of the breakfast offerings were pretty standard including waffles, cold and hot cereals, some fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, pastries, tea, coffee, and juice. Also, be aware that there is NO elevator at this property. Getting the luggage up and down the stairs is a pain but, if you have any strength, health, or other issues it could really be a problem. Their brochure says they offer luggage handling going up and down the stairs if you need it and request it.

Breakfast was good. They had a waffle maker, breads and bagels for toasting, cold cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee, and tea with milk, sugar, and creamer.

An elevator would have made the stay perfect. We weren't aware there wasn't an elevator. We were on the second floor which was fine. The only issue was getting the luggage up and down the stairs.

The staff was warm and welcoming The room was very clean -a bit spartan but the staff quickly responded to our request for an additional blanket. The location was good. They have a very reasonable pet policy It’s not luxurious but it was a clean safe place to spend the night and they had a nice little breakfast as well

Breakfast was the standard hot breakfast at a hotel, decent food. We didn't see anything unclean. Pool was taken care of fairly well. Staff was always very kind.

Only thing I wasn't thrilled with was there was no elevator. Wasn't a deal breaker.

Clean, breakfast was good and they had an ice machine. Pool looked good but we did not use it.

It did not have an elevator, which could be difficult for some people. If you need one, make sure you ask for the bottom floor.

Night staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating! Location is great. Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable.

My ground floor window did not have a latch or lock on it. It could be opened at any time from the outside.

Staff was very nice and helpful. My car broke down on my way there (5 hr drive). Unfortunately, we couldn’t make it for Friday night stay. They did charge for that night (which I understand) they updated my stay and gave me a small discount because of my situation. Everything was very clean and breakfast was fresh and good

I was very pleased and didn’t see anything major I didn’t like.

Quiet facility in the office season with an excellent free breakfast. Very clean rooms with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. I felt safe in this hotel and the night shift desk worker was very pleasant, informative and helpful. Overall excellent stay at a great value.

In all honesty there wasn't anything I did not care for.

I have stayed at this Best Western numerous times in the past. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is nice, the rooms are spacious, and the location is convenient. Beds are comfy and the rooms are always very clean.

I have no complaints.

Comfortable beds, close to restaurants,clean and affordable. Decided to stay an extra day.

Nothing was really bad but if I had to pick something, I’d like a taller toilet but all in all it served its purpose.
