The staff was amazing, Jennie and Kristy always right on top of everything. Rooms are kept clean daily through my stay. Sunny always had fresh coffee and breakfast ready as well as a good morning smile, the staff is friendly all the way around great stay. Beds comfy also.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. This place felt like home.

The room was nice. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

The carpet has much to be desired which had holes, stains and sticky areas. Bathtub fixtures are old and are in need of an update. The “fire doors” and some side Entrance doors are in need of some cleaning. This being said, I am being critical and was happy with everything though.

Breakfast was ok. Not fancy but ok.

Not the hotels fault but finding the entrance to the property was a challenge in the dark. It’s located behind a truck stop and finding the entrance driveway one has to be cautious.

Clean, Easy Access, Staff Very Nice and Daily Maid Service.

The Hot Water wasn’t Hot. It was just warm enough to say it was a shower. It didn’t make a difference on time either.

No elevator. I had to defrost the refrigerator before I could use it. The place is in need of work. Stairway had holes in the wall around the window. Needs patching and painting. I travel a lot, and for the price. I expected it to be in better shape.

There were plenty of towels

Beds were firm and fine. AC wall unit was Cold ..

The closet was odd but fine. The bed hadn't been dusted recently. But not a dire thing. All good ..

Staffs, especially manager, are very friendly and helpful.

room cleaning did not clean the floor carpet.

i loved the room and everything it had to offer the tub was amazing! used it 3 times

when we went to check in the girl acted as tho it was her first day. told me my card didn’t work even though I have over 2,000 in my account and had to go pull cash out from bank Bc she couldn’t get the system working right.

Friendliness of the person at the front desk!! Very sweet and accommodating.

There were no bath towels or wash cloths 😕

The room was absolutely beautiful, very relaxing and friendly staff.

It’s a bit of a distance from any shopping facilities.
