Breakfast was good. They had a waffle maker, breads and bagels for toasting, cold cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee, and tea with milk, sugar, and creamer.

An elevator would have made the stay perfect. We weren't aware there wasn't an elevator. We were on the second floor which was fine. The only issue was getting the luggage up and down the stairs.

Clean, breakfast was good and they had an ice machine. Pool looked good but we did not use it.

It did not have an elevator, which could be difficult for some people. If you need one, make sure you ask for the bottom floor.

Staff was very nice and helpful. My car broke down on my way there (5 hr drive). Unfortunately, we couldn’t make it for Friday night stay. They did charge for that night (which I understand) they updated my stay and gave me a small discount because of my situation. Everything was very clean and breakfast was fresh and good

I was very pleased and didn’t see anything major I didn’t like.

Night staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating! Location is great. Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable.

My ground floor window did not have a latch or lock on it. It could be opened at any time from the outside.

Quiet facility in the office season with an excellent free breakfast. Very clean rooms with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. I felt safe in this hotel and the night shift desk worker was very pleasant, informative and helpful. Overall excellent stay at a great value.

In all honesty there wasn't anything I did not care for.

I have stayed at this Best Western numerous times in the past. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is nice, the rooms are spacious, and the location is convenient. Beds are comfy and the rooms are always very clean.

I have no complaints.

This BW is very quiet, set back from a moderately busy road, but with a view of Lake Erie (for those on the front, as I was). I enjoyed my stay there again - I think it was my fourth or fifth time.

The wifi was strange, which is not a compliment. When you sign in, IF it allows the process to go to completion, then it's very strong all evening or all afternoon or whatever. But if you stop using it, like going to dinner, it cuts you off. That's not a good feature when a person is staying for five nights. Once you've signed in, the Wifi should remain connected the whole time. Separately, I had to use a special code to sign in. And I don't mean the password. I mean I had to ask at the desk and THEN they revealed that sometimes the router wants you to go to an additional website and get onto their system from there. Wrong answer, IMO. Make it simpler, not more difficult.

Comfortable beds, close to restaurants,clean and affordable. Decided to stay an extra day.

Nothing was really bad but if I had to pick something, I’d like a taller toilet but all in all it served its purpose.

they didn't match a price I had on my computer. They only honored 5% off room rate instead of the normal discount of 10% on AAA and/or senior discount. I complained about this on the phone before our trip and also in person at the front desk.

I loved the space in the king room. We were in town for 4 nights for daughters wedding, and that gave us some breathing room instead of a cramped space

Trucks with boats parking in back....really made parking back there difficult. Housekeeping just opened door on sunday morning without even a knock on the door. It wasnt checkout time yet, but she entered while my husband was using the restroom....very poor timing. I believe around 9:00am.....if checkout time is noon, and checkin time is 3:00pm......why should i ever have to worry about someone entering our room? Makes absolutely no sense.
