Karen at the desk was very friendly, professional, courteous, kind, and helpful. Can't say enough good things about her. Unfortunately I booked through a third party agent (Booking.com) who charged more than what I was originally quoted by the hotel directly-should have taken the hotel's quote (I now know and saved $100 or more). I don't fault the hotel for the deceptive pricing-it was Booking.com who did the bait and switch pricing for our 5 day stay. We will never recommend using Booking.com to anyone-they changed the $79/night rate to $93 and $97/nights. This hotel was in the midst of some remodeling so did not have bars in tub/shower-front desk said those handicapped items (which we needed as a senior couple) will be included in the remodeling. Would also like to see the bathroom doors open so as not to obstruct access to the tub/shower-should be a simple re-engineering improvement when doing the remodeling. The tub drain plug did not work but maintenance promptly fixed it the next day. Cleaning staff responsive when needed additional toiletries. Other than that enjoyed our stay here. Is very conveniently located off the Ohio turnpike and close to a small mall down the road 1-2 miles with drive through and sit-down family restaurants, shopping (Walmart, Loews), emergi-care, hair salon, etc.

The third party booking agent Booking.com-don't use them because they engage in deceptive bait and switch practices.

It was clean and conveniently right off the highway. It was quiet and we slept well. Gas station right next door to gas up and head down the road.

It needed some updating. Some molding missing etc

We were very skeptical at first when we walked into the lobby because of the brown water spots on the ceiling from a water leak..…I believe the main entrance should be kept up better since that’s the first thing a guest sees…my husband ask the staff if the rooms looked like that and they did not…also an elevator would have been nice since I have bad knees

The bed was a long size and my room was clean and it was ready for me amd my wife, and they had my A/C was on , that was very nice of them !!!

Some parts are under construction and not available. The key cards are easily demagnetized….

Breakfast is very nice and the staff was exceptionally nice. Hotel is over but a good repair. Location was a primary factor for me.
