Didn't eat the breakfast, didn't know we had one included and nobody communicated that to us.

Room was small and didn't have enough trash cans, only one in the bathroom. Also an extra sink outside the bathroom would be helpful

The staff were friendly

When we set the reservation, we got 1 with queen bed and 1 with 2 full beds. We had to cancel the room with the 2 beds because family was not coming. That all went good. No problems. But when it came to checking in for the other room they gave us a handicap room with the queen bed. We know they were busy and all rooms were filled, we stayed in it of course but it was right by an exit door and not just 1 but 2 ice makers. So we are hearing everything including the exit door and the 2 ice makers The 2 ice makers noise was the worst. We never had any bad experiences before this. When we set a reservation, can we then call the hotel and ask them to not put us by an exit door or by ice makers?

We have stayed countless time at this hotel over the past 2 decades! We have 4 more trips planned between now and Nov also! Always great staff and we love the room! Great location and pricing! Pray it STAYS affordable!

My card locked me out of the hotel at midnight and i had to walk around the entire building to get inside... wasnt super fun! This has happened before in other stays as well with the cards. Staff fixed it super fast! BIGGEST COMPLAINT: BRING BACK THE TIKI BAR AND HEAT THE OUTSIDE POOL!! This hotel was SOOO much fun pre covid!! We actually would come a day early AND leave CP early just to hang out at the pool and do karaoke! The pool outside is FREEZING now and we havent swam in it in at least 4 yrs! Sad! Was a really great time!

This was a very nice hotel. I was leery of it due to the low reviews but was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and comfortable. It did not smell at all. The pools were warm and clean. I wish I could've eaten the breakfast. I had to leave and only rushed to grab some snacks. They had eggs and sausage available, though, along with all the regular continental meal items. Worth the cost for sure.

The only downside would be the oil 0p smell in the elevator and people sitting outside smoking right by the door. The entire hall inside smelled due to them.

Lobby & snax were nice and parking lot close to suite was also super nice. Even the small double bed room had plenty of space, felt clean, and was comfy.

Some outside areas/equipment was unclean like hand sanitizer dispensers, elevator odor, and just slightly overpriced (especially the security payment that all hotels have when you arrive for check in).

Morgan at the Front Desk was wonderful.

Breakfast isn't as good as it use to be. Maint. issue was not addressed ~ light by door (the first switch customer will flip, making the first impression of the room) needed replaced. Front Desk notified via note but I get the impression it wasn't placed on the Maint. clipboard.

It was a really close to cedar point and very resonabky priced it was my first time and I would definitely book again it’s like 7 minutes away

The breakfast was kind of bland, the sausage weren’t cooked long enough I feel like maybe just personal preference but the eggs weren’t either could use some work on the breakfast but there’s plenty of food spots around

Everything, the pool, the Jacuzzi, the rooms, the other people staying next to us were very nice too, the price is great for all you offer. Thank you.

Nothing but If I had to pick one thing, the rooms always have kind of an aroma to them that smells like Mildew.

Was very clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Otherwise a really nice place to stay and the breakfast provided was excellent.

Had to be moved to another room due to not having a remote for the TV. Sink in new room was extremely slow at draining and needs to be attended to.

I was very happy with the breakfast room the day we were leaving after a one night stay. There were atleast 6 to 8 waffle makers and plenty of breakfast choices! It was a pleasant surprise.

Musty smell in room. Probably hadn't been occupied for a bit. It was on a Thursday.
