We were so impressed with this hotel! The staff was so personable and easy to talk to. The room was top notch, clean, and comfortable. We came to be close to Cedar Point. I always loved it when growing up in Ohio but then moved out of state and still want to ride roller coasters every time I'm home (during the season). After a very busy week for my sisters wedding we were tired so we slept in and woke up right after breakfast had ended. My husband went down to see if there was coffee left over so he didn't have to make any and brought up a whole bunch of food. They left it out a little for him to get some. Everything he got was delicious and really impressive for a hotel breakfast! We decided when we come again in the future we want to stay here again and will get 2 nights rather than 1 to maximize our time at the park and not have a 3 hour drive back to my home base that night. It was so nice!

The TV was a little confusing. We'd try to change channels and it seemed to keep playing the same thing which was not our jam. I'm not sure what I did to figure it out but figured it out some how. Small negative for all the positives this hotel had.

The staff was very nice. The room was very clean and a good size. It was nice and quiet on the fourth floor.

The air conditioner was not on ahead of time prior to our arrival. The refrigerator was not in proper working order. , but that issue was taken care of. There was also a small glitch in the television and the remote was difficult to operate.

Nice size room. It had all the necessities and was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge. Full hotel, but plenty of hot water (a pet peeve of mine). The room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful despite being a full house with three tournament youth football teams. I felt the price was just a bit high, but every hotel around was booked solid and they weren't discounting rates. Breakfast was good and had many options. The staff did a great job of keeping things stocked and the area clean.

The chlorine smell from the pool was quite strong, and you could smell it throughout. We were on the 3rd floor, the pool was on the lower level, and we could smell it on our floor.

The room was comfortable, we really liked the couch in our room. And the great amount of outlets/USB charging areas.The blankets were especially soft and nice. We really enjoyed the coffee/cappuccino machine.

There was a sign for hash browns, but there weren't any on either day. The sausage gravy and egg bake was odd. There were black marks on the bathroom celling room 233. The caulk in the tub probably needs redone.

The bed was too high. It was difficult getting in and out of bed because I have arthritis. Also, when I checked in I forgot to tell the clerk I was a Best Western Rewards member. She didn't ask, and I forgot to mention it. Would that have reduced the price? I am also a AAA member. Would that have reduced the price?

I liked the fact that the Hotel was only 3 minutes from the Kalahari Convention center where my daughter had Nationals Dance Competition. And the fact that it was a much nicer (and cleaner), hotel than Kalahari (stayed there last year). And... the price, with no hidden/extra fees did it for ME! ❤️

Just a lil disappointed that there was no bacon at the breakfast buffet. All the other options were very good.

Everything was so clean Our room was fantastic We stayed just overnight for a volleyball tournament and we will be choosing this location for our stays in the future. One of the few places we have been in a long time that still serves a nice hot breakfast.

The bedding and linens The cleanliness The front desk lady was super nice even when dealing with crappy people. Alot of us arrived early and she did her best to keep us comfortable while they finished getting our rooms ready.

The website says there are 2 pools, but there is not. They have a therapy pool that didn't work and no other pool. The young man at the desk knew of the problem and apologized. He also called the hotel next door, and they let us go over there to swim.

We were thoroughly impressed from beginning to end of our two night stay. The property was immaculate, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was bountiful and tasty, and our room large and well appointed with very comfortable bedding and plenty of towels. An excellent value.

Was very nice,,front desk Girl was very kind,,,its a Beautiful hotel,, rooms were exceptionally nice & clean but hallways and elevator did need vacuumed,but no big deal.Indoor pool was very nice but not heated,,,so that was a bummer but fun still. Breakfast was ,,there were alot of choices and it was well prepared and served hot,,,we definitely will be back
