The rooms were reasonably priced, hotel was clean, nice location, plenty of well lite parking and indoor pool

The water pressure in the shower was horrible and just drizzled out. Also the handle was broken off the bathroom door which made opening and closing the sliding door separating the bathroom from the main room a little more difficult. The room also did not have a mini fridge or microwave which wasn’t a huge deal, I honestly did not check the room description to see if they had those included in the rooms before I booked it. Typically every other room we have rented in the past just had them so I assumed that they were just standard so now I know to check before booking next time.

The beds were really comfortable, the extra pillows were great! The room was very clean and nice! The staff was friendly!

The wifi was none existent! Unless you went down to the lobby area, which really sucked! The breakfast had no eggs, sausage, it was limited, but it did have yogurt, cereal, and waffles. I wish it had more!

I just want to say that Cristy was amazing maintaining the breakfast dining and food serving areas. She had a wonderful attitude and exhibited exceptional customer service skills. She is a great worker! Please let her know her efforts did not go unrecognized!

There was either one or more sports teams staying there and they were running in the halls and slamming into room doors very late at night.

It was clean!!

The advertisement was not correct. I wanted two double beds and a pull out. When we got there I had to purchase a cot for the weekend because when I called down the the office I was told that there were no double bed rooms with a pull out couch.

The pool and hot tub were pretty decent The pool was a little cold but the hot tub was nice once everyone got out of it I'd also like that the pool area was open late so I was able to grab a swim after I came back from the amusement park I did like the fact that they had different items available for breakfast such as breakfast sandwiches and muffins.

It's not the hotels fault but they did have waffles for breakfast and someone was making waffles for their entire family so they were hoarding the waffle maker for a long time.

The hotel was nicely redone, the beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Breakfast was good.

The chemicals in the hot tub were a lot. We also didn't realize that microwaves and refrigerators were not included in every room.

Overall everything. We came during a busy time so there was a lot of children at the pool/hot tub

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. No problems with our rooms being clean. The pool was a little cloudy like it had to much bleach in it.

I requested rooms close together and they were at different ends of the hall. I would understand if I booked a couple weeks out but this trip was planned months out. There was plenty of time to make sure we had rooms close or next door to each other.

I was pleasantly surprised about how nice this hotel was. I was worried due to the price compared to other hotels in the area, but was glad we stayed here. I will definitely stay here again.

I liked the location because there were many attractions nearby. I also liked the price.

I didn't like that the toilet ran all night keeping me and my partner awake. I also didn't like that the bathroom sink stopped up when used.
