ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean at check in and the staff did a great job keeping all the facilities clean throughout our stay. Variety of food for breakfast. No charge for pets! For this being a pet friendly hotel I was very happy it was still so clean and no pet odors!!!

These things shouldn't really reflect as negative review because I knew prior to booking. The hotel was priced accordingly to not having the amenities. If these things are important to you on your next trip please consider no laundry facilities, location wasn't the best due an asphalt company or something of the sorts across the street, not to many places were within walking distance BUT everything was close by by car. AGAIN no complaints about the hotel that I wasn't aware of prior to booking.

The room cleanliness and staff customer service exceeded my expectations. The room was top-notch, super clean, no loose hairs, dust bunnies, or stains. I was impressed with the upkeep of the property. Great breakfast options, large variety, and plenty of food for everyone visiting.

The laminate floor in my room was quite dirty. I had to remove my socks and wear flip-flops because of how gross the floor was in my room. The pool was closed and completely drained when I visited in mid-June.

The property was right off the interstate making it easy for an overnight between destinations. The hotel was small and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were good and the dining space was very nice. There is a lovely outdoor pool that looked very clean. We weren't able to take advantage of it, but it sure looked inviting! The room was comfortable and very quiet. The microwave and fridge was very handy.

There was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Clean, well- decorated, and spacious room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located by the turnpike and a short drive to restaurants and Lake Erie. Love that they are pet friendly and don't charge an extra fee.

Some parts of the hotel are showing wear. For example, our bathroom toilet paper holder was falling apart and not functioning properly. Not a big deal and something that could be fixed easily enough.

I loved the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly! The free breakfast was nice.

The fact I had to pile up dirty towels in my room all week because I could not leave them outside my room for pick up in the morning. The only way I was told they would pick up dirty towels was if I wanted housekeeping to come in my room. My boyfriend had money in his suitcase and did not feel comfortable with anyone in the room. Also, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan which made the bathroom steamy after a shower. The TV had a scratch in the screen.

My room was very clean and welcoming. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was to my liking. They suggested I park my Harley in the front door and that really put the icing on the cake for me. Most of the time I have to ask if it’s okay before parking in the front. The property also sits right of the OH turnpike and just 5 miles or so from shops, food, and the Harley Dealership. Other reviews mentioned the train and how loud it is. Well my room was on the train track side and I could slightly hear it and it was not loud like others had complained.

It was an emergency booking. We broke down nearby on the pike. The hotel was a great price (winter rates) and came highly recommended. It did not disappoint. The room was very large. We got a king suite. So we could watch tv sitting on the sofa, which was nice. Our shower was huge! All around a good experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent location right off the turnpike. Nice pool to cool off in. Exercise room with working machines. Short walk from car to room. Very nice breakfast with long hours. Loved this place.

It was a perfect overnight stop for us on the way to our destination. I’ll stop here again the next time we make this trip. No criticisms.

We loved our short stay. Actually m, the fact that the hotel is right at the highway was very convenient for us. And on top of that the hotel was amazing. We have been travelling from last 25 days and we rank this hotel at top on our whole tour. And the front dest staff was so helpful, kind and responsive.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, roomy and beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, best sleep I had had in weeks.

Definitely not a make or break, but an indoor pool and biscuits & gravy at breakfast are the only things I can think of that could have made our stay any better.
