ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean at check in and the staff did a great job keeping all the facilities clean throughout our stay. Variety of food for breakfast. No charge for pets! For this being a pet friendly hotel I was very happy it was still so clean and no pet odors!!!

These things shouldn't really reflect as negative review because I knew prior to booking. The hotel was priced accordingly to not having the amenities. If these things are important to you on your next trip please consider no laundry facilities, location wasn't the best due an asphalt company or something of the sorts across the street, not to many places were within walking distance BUT everything was close by by car. AGAIN no complaints about the hotel that I wasn't aware of prior to booking.

The hotel is clean, in a great location, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic, but there are several good options each morning. There is a train track right next to the hotel, which I find quite charming. Fun to watch the few trains go by when they come through. Overall this is a very clean, nice, and safe hotel. I’ve stayed here twice now, and will do so again the next time I’m in Sandusky.

Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Nice desk to sit and work with. Plenty of parking. Fitness room available. Breakfast was good - plenty of seating for breakfast. Easy to get to location off of I-90 for weary travelers. Price was very good considering breakfast was included.

There was nothing really to complain about except the neighboring room's kids being whiny brats. But the hotel can't do much about that.

The room is clean and comfortable. Good size. The staff is friendly and helpful. When u check out they give you complimentary water bottles for the trip, which is great! Location was good if u looking for quick in and out to freeway. Breakfast can be better, but still good enough. It has cold and warm food and fruits.

The room cleanliness and staff customer service exceeded my expectations. The room was top-notch, super clean, no loose hairs, dust bunnies, or stains. I was impressed with the upkeep of the property. Great breakfast options, large variety, and plenty of food for everyone visiting.

The laminate floor in my room was quite dirty. I had to remove my socks and wear flip-flops because of how gross the floor was in my room. The pool was closed and completely drained when I visited in mid-June.

The property was right off the interstate making it easy for an overnight between destinations. The hotel was small and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were good and the dining space was very nice. There is a lovely outdoor pool that looked very clean. We weren't able to take advantage of it, but it sure looked inviting! The room was comfortable and very quiet. The microwave and fridge was very handy.

There was not an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The hotel was clean and convenient. Not to far from cedarpoint. Freindly staff. Hot breakfast. Had conjoined rooms since we brought a ton of kids. Pool was nice and clean.

The breakfast was good but smaller then some other hotels I have stayed at. Shower flooded bathroom floor and the front desk was empty multiple times I walked by.

Clean, well- decorated, and spacious room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located by the turnpike and a short drive to restaurants and Lake Erie. Love that they are pet friendly and don't charge an extra fee.

Some parts of the hotel are showing wear. For example, our bathroom toilet paper holder was falling apart and not functioning properly. Not a big deal and something that could be fixed easily enough.

Very good welcoming hotel at the convenient location for transit travelers. Room was very clean, comfy beds, a lot of towels. Good breakfast , coffer and cookies are available for the guests even late night. Plenty of free parking.It also has good outdoor swimming pool. but we could not enjoy it because of too early season. Great value for money.

I loved the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly! The free breakfast was nice.

The fact I had to pile up dirty towels in my room all week because I could not leave them outside my room for pick up in the morning. The only way I was told they would pick up dirty towels was if I wanted housekeeping to come in my room. My boyfriend had money in his suitcase and did not feel comfortable with anyone in the room. Also, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan which made the bathroom steamy after a shower. The TV had a scratch in the screen.
