I chose this hotel because they do not charge for pets or place restrictions on them. The staff was very friendly and accommodating both before our trip and during. The property was clean inside and out. There parking area was well lit and there was plenty of parking. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great and available for 4 hours daily!!! There was a variety of items, plenty of seating, and the staff kept everything stocked and fresh. The location was convenient to local attractions, and the area was quiet. The pool was large and clean. I can't say enough good things about this hotel!!

Check in was a breeze, and the staff had no issues with our arrival over two hours later than expected. Breakfast was generally good (I'm a big fan of waffles), although my wife found the eggs to be a little more dense than her liking. The room was quiet and clean, and in general the location was very convenient for those traveling the OH Turnpike.

An elevator would have been nice, but as it’s only a two story building, a single flight of stairs wasn’t a significant issue for a single overnight stay. Those traveling with more luggage for an extended stay might find it to be a small inconvenience.

Good price. Half way between Boston area and my home in Iowa. Appreciate fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. Bigger cups and better coffee would be nice!! Plenty of soap, shampoo, and towels. Good water pressure. Appreciate noon checkout!!

Had a hair in my sink upon arrival. Also had a bug on wall in the morning after I stayed. Also, the window in my room was very filthy, including cobwebs... Yuck... The toilet was hard to flush when I first used it... But got easier after a half dozen times. I had to remove the tank cover to make it flush first couple of times.

Above all I liked the cleanliness of the room, the lobby area, and the surroundings, both inside and out. Bed was comfortable, heater and ac worked well, with no unpleasant smells coming from it. The breakfast had a good selection. The price was very good compared to motels in the area. The indoor pool was also unexpected for that price point. Also this might seem like a small thing, but there were 4 outlets for phone charging on the nightstand area.

The motel lacked an elevator. The bath room counter area was very small. But I did take the cheapest room available, so if I would have upgraded to a more expensive room I may have had a larger counter area

Location to Cedar Point is great. 15 min. drive. Breakfast was wonderful, as usual, we stay here the last few years for our family trips to cedar Point Park. Clean no bugs at all. wonderful an peaceful can smoke outside. Peaceful and quiet area family oriented and so friendly...nice pool for the kids and family. Always feel safe and comfortable there.

Tubs are a little older, had to ask for tub drain plug, they did bring us one. It's little older building. but great to us.

Breakfast was ok. Need to have danishes or donuts. Waffles were great. Happy to have laundry facilities!!

This location needs to have an elevator. We got 2 rooms and wanted to be closer to each other. There was only 1 1st floor room open. We had an older person with us who struggles with stairs. Ended up on 2 diffetent floors. Also toilets in both rooms tooK FOREVER for the tanks to refill.

Breakfast was okay, but not great. Food selection was limited. Enjoyed the plain and flavored yogurts. Cereal selection limited. Apples were okay but not flavorful. And hotel did not have decaf tea which I preferred. However, it was all adequate. Bedding and linen very clean and comfortable. Hotel location was centrally located to other attractions and family we were visiting. View from our room was the hotel side parking lot. But we were not staying there to enjoy the view. Hotel was quiet and comfortable at night. The one negative was that the toilet seat WAS LOOSE and difficult to sit on. However, we were always in a hurry and did not take time to report it. Staff at front desk were courteous and wished us a happy/good stay. Also liked the extended breakfast hours until 10 a.m. and later checkout time.

Food selections were limited and could be better. Especially of fruit and teas. No decaf or herbal teas. At least we did not find decaf tea. Toilet seat was very loose but we did not take time to report it.

Great experience from the time we set foot in the door! Ladies at the front desk were amazing, even the lady being trained. Pool area was clean and tons of room(the sauna was quite a surprise)! Rooms were kept up nicely, up to date and CLEAN! Nice breakfast and super nice staff with every encounter we had. I can’t recommend this location enough!

Beds were very comfortable, swimming pool nice size, breakfast better than average. Room included microwave, iron and hairdryer. Was good value and staff were nice.

The showers were standard US fixed to wall at set height. I would prefer detachable shower head so you can set height on wall and it is easier to rince and clean bath, but other than that all good.

I think these reviews as a little harsh! We stayed here as a quick stop over on a road trip and based on the reviews braced ourselves for the worst, but we were pleasantly surprised! The room was large, we loved the hardwood floors, it was clean, no smells. We would definitely stay again.
