This was a nice Best Western. I was avlittle worried when I checked in and asked about the the children. I was told there was a little league tournament in town and they has many families. The kids were really good and I did not hear them running in the halls ir being rowdy so qudos to yhise parents! Room was very clean, the beds was very comfortable, the shampoo and cream rinse was very nice. Breakfast was good and check in and check out were quick.

Nothing, this was honestly one of the nicest Best Westerns I've ever stayed in. If I'm heading east again, I'll be sure to include Best Western in my search.

The breakfast location was good, but it was very sparse. I liked the step-in shower.

I went in about 7:30. (It started at 6:30) There was no waffle batter prepared, and there was not much readily available. There were no other patrons in the room, so there should have been enough to eat. The bed was very high, and I had a difficult time getting into bed. I suspect that this was a handicap room since I asked for a step-in shower. However, if it was, I can't imagine a disabled person being able to get into bed when it was so high.

We loved everything! Best westerns are known for quality and comforts. Friendly staff well maintained clean properly great location very affordable! Hotel met or exceeded everything we needed. First morning woke up to view of rainbow while eating in breakfast area.The clean big hot tub was a great and well received bonus after roller coasting all day. We won’t stay anywhere else when visiting area!

the breakfast is a normal continental breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffles, and the small extras

had a few issues in the bathroom but they was going to get things fixed after we checked out, they did offer to change the room but it was not that bad of issues to change the room.

I took my adult children and my grandchildren for a relaxing time over Thanksgiving to stay at this hotel. We have never done this before because it's not our tradition. We ALL loved it! My grandchildren were so happy to have a pool to play together in. The staff was fabulous! They were all so friendly and helpful. I'm already thinking about when we can go back!! :) We may have a new family tradition!

There was NOT one thing I can say negative about our stay.

The breakfast smelled incredible! We weren't able to stay to eat. We only stayed one night. The room was clean and toiletries were well stocked. The A/C worked nicely! The staff was great. We left our car keys in the room and the woman on desk duty went to the room and found them for us!!

The breakfast on Sunday 7/28 excellent the staff woman that was filling and taking care of the breakfast was very helpful and amazing at keeping everything stocked, clean, and fresh. Our stay was comfortable and very enjoyable for our family! Our kiddos loved the pool and Hot Tub!

The shower slightly backed up, I think the drains probably need some TLC.

Little out dated, rooms could just be rearranged for a bigger space. Also adding tables and chairs and lose the desk in the rooms ❤️ mom with kids and had a family room, would have loved a kitchen table or couch

For the price it looks good. We stayed here because the price and the reviews. The hotel doesn't disappoint (considering the price)

The bathtub drain was clogged so it took a few minutes to get all the water out. We were four people in the room and that did not allow us to shower one after the other. We stayed three nights and only one night did they change our towels and make our beds.

Room was hot when we walked in and we didn't have time to cool it before going to bed. One of the two key cards didn't work.
