My friends liked that it was cheap, and in a nice quant little town. We also appreciated the 24/7 check-in service as we arrived considerably later than expected. The room was nice and spacious for 4 people.

Apon entering, the room smelled a little like smoke, but that was easily resolved by turning on the fans. The only real gimmick is that my friends were not a big fan the bedding; there's no comforter, and the thickest blanket layer had holes in it.

Office fokes who checked me in were very professionl and helpful. Buying (pop or soda) in office was very convenient. Very handy good location in Norwalk. Plenty of parking. Tks.

Please repair the TV remote. Needs batteries or to be replaced. Fix bed table lamp next to bathroom. Tks.

Everything was clean ,the beds were comfy. It was very warm and humid outside but the A/C was one of the best working ones I have encountered and a hotel, it was excellent .

Two light bulbs were burned out and could use replacement.

Great location, very close to everything in Norwalk. Room was very clean, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Will be staying here again while I complete my clinical hours.

It was easy access. And the owner was the best!!! We were traveling from Oregon, celebrating our 50th anniversary! He was so excited, he knocked on our door and brought a small chocolate cake with Happy 50th Anniversary! These are the people you want to meet on the byways of life! Thank you!!’

The room was pleasant, above what I expected for the price. The room had a fridge and a microwave, which many do not have any more. The bed was clean, had nice soap, shampoo, conditioner stocked. Internet too!

Traditional key, but deadlock and catch lock made me feel more secure.

No breakfast was included in our room. The location was perfect for the event we were attending. Easy access to roads we needed to travel. Easy fast food restaurants for a quick bite to eat in the morning.

I have no complaints. The room was very clean, it was quiet well into the night. It was easy to find and easy travels to our destination Summit Motorsports Raceway for the weekend. I will be willing to book Norwalk Inn again in the future. There was a coffee maker in our room so we were able to make a quick cup but there is a Burger King next door and a McDonalds just up the road. Thank you for a peaceful place to end the day.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Although the bathroom was small, the room was a good size (and I spend longer in the main room than in the bathroom). The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot with good pressure. The room heating worked efficiently, and the amenities (coffee maker, TV) worked well. Having read some other less glowing reviews, I was pleased to find everything very clean. Good comfort for low price. And the parking area was well lit, so felt secure.

A few bits of paintwork in the room could do with touching up. It would be nice to have the Wi-Fi password available in the room, rather than having to return to reception for it. Neither of these impacted the comfort of my stay adversely.

This was a fine place to stay. It was conveniently located not far off US 80/90 about half way along my route. I needed to stop for the night to get a good rest. Admittedly, I was not happy with the fact that the neighboring room had someone talking on their phone quite loudly past 10pm. But when I went to the front desk to complain, they immediately shifted me to another room which was quiet. Very friendly staff. Very willing to make my stay better, even though it meant having to make up an extra room the next day.
