Hotel.is really nice, rooms were really clean and beds were comfortable. More than enough towels, plenty of parking and perfect location for whatbwe wanted. Pool was a bit cold but because it was so warm outside, the outdoor pool was great. Hot tub was also good. Having a 24 small shop for snacks was great as well.

Our shower had no way of turning it on, only the bath was available with no way to re-direct the water to the shower head. Also because thr plumbing is poor it must have taken an hour to drain the bath tub. This wasn't really an issue for us but when thr rooms above were showering or having a bath the water took the same time to drain whichnis very noisy. Not sure if it a general thing in the USA but they really need to use wider pipes in their plumbing systems. Only other issue was breakfast is a bit basic, it's essentially waffles, toast and cereal. It was fine but could do with a bit more variety.

loved the hot tub and indoor pool. The breakfast was o.k.. The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff made it clear that it was o.k. to leave our motorcycles under the awning and she would be there all night and would make sure they were ok. I felt safer that way.

The outdoor pool was not operable. It was not even filled with water so that was disappointing. The breakfast could have been better. There was only 1 kind of fruit each morning, so basically that was all I had because there was no meat like bacon and scrambled eggs. Unless you were a waffle fan, there really wasn't a whole lot to satisfy you.

There are a number of hotels near by some of them much newer, however this hotels room and bathroom, (and lobby and breakfast area) but when you travel sometimes you get out of the shower feeling more dirty then when you got in. The tub here I would practically take a bath in without as much as rinsing it. Most places I’m afraid to stand in the shower it looks so bad. Also the shower curtain is twisted and stuck to Tub by magnet so you can see the inside that will be possibly grazing you in the shower has not one stain not one hair. For the first time on my trip I felt clean!

After thinking long and hard, the shampoo is blue and I suppose someone or kid may think it’s mouthwash. That’s the best I can come up with.

Breakfast was ok but could of been better. Hot breakfast like scramble eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes.

Asked for blanket and pillow. Staff said " no". Someone was knocking on the outside window (of room) between 5a-6a making weird noises. I didn't answer and it finally stop (that was scary). I also heard this weird noise in the hallway too (scary).

Hotel Staff was exceptionally wonderful. I paid extra for an upgraded room through Booking.com & came to realize that it wasn’t a such thing when I arrived. Quality Inn made our stay more enjoyable & pleasant. Hotel staff Becky & Zack took care of the mix up & provided me with a better option. Thank you guys so much for everything. I will visit again.

The coffee maker wasn’t cleaned properly. I did NOT use.

I liked that they had indoor and outdoors pool. I also like they had a little area you could purchase snacks and other essentials. Staff was very friendly.

I didn’t like that our TV wasn’t worth properly. It kept saying not connected. I didn’t like that we couldn’t take any food from breakfast so our room. There’s only a limited amount of space in the room where they served breakfast. Also we were a family of 8 with little ones.

the rooms were clean although the bedding had stains that might make some feel grossed out.. I realized things get stained but maybe if you bleached or replaced stained bed sheets I would have given it a better rating

Location was close to convention we were attending. Price paid was reasonable but more than the year before. Staff was friendly.

Had two rooms, housekeeping paid more attention to one room as far as supplying clean towels and consumables than the other.

Excellent stay, can't fault anything. The last on the front desk has been nothing short of fabulous, helping us out and we decided to book an extra night. Room clean, breakfast decent, location excellent for local attractions and cedar point. Highly recommended
