The staff was very kind and welcoming. I enjoyed how you got free water bottles while there and enjoyed staying well hydrated! The room was nice and clean with no major concerns. It was also nice that I could text the front desk for issues or things needed in the room if I didn’t want to call or walk down there. The breakfast had a decent selection and was the typical hotel breakfast food but with a slight twist. The waffles had a seasonal flavor of red velvet along with the regular flavor that my husband really enjoyed. The pool closed at 11pm which was nice since we like to go on late swims.

I wished the egg/cheese omelets had some seasoning to them. Also the first day of breakfast was great and everything was very clean but the second day on Sunday was much busier with very little room for people to eat and the place was ransacked and a mess. The waffle machines were out of batter completely, the whip cream was out, there was no butter, no chocolate chips like the day before. The floor was caked with waffle batter maybe from children messily making them. It didn’t seem like they had a worker checking the breakfast area or maintaining it this day and was pretty disappointing considering the first day seemed so lovely and peaceful. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go to the first floor to get ice.

If you don't already know, Hampton Inn has the most comfortable beds. We weren't disappointed with the size of the room, the beds, or the employee's eagerness to provide the best customer service. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a variety of items. We enjoyed the pool for 2 hours, and the fitness room provided enough equipment for a good workout. The staff here are just amazing! Management has done a great job to ensure exceptional service is provided. We had a great stay.

The beds where comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed the bag breakfast on the go. It worked out great for my grandson he over slept and did not get breakfast so we grab a to go breakfast from the counter for him. Thanks you!

I did not appreciate the late party happening in the lobby way past 12:30am the where very loud and drunk. It was not appropriate for my grand kids to come across. We did get to the hotel til 12:20am because we were at Cedar Point until the park closed and it took forever to get to the hotel with all the traffic.

Breakfast was excellent. Good variety, and the best eggs I’ve had at a hotel breakfast. The staff was great. They were very polite and looked for ways to make our stay better. You could tell the property is well managed. Good location. Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes. Great price!

Room was really clean, except for the carpet. It was clearly vacuumed, but it is definitely due for a deep cleaning. The building was well kept, but aging (doors loud and/or sticking, minor issues with room keys).

Breakfast was fine. I liked the cleanliness. I am happy to stay in a hotel that is a little outdated in order to save some money.

My only complaint is that Booking.com showed a hot tub. Like many other hotels, Hampton Inn has filled in their hot tub. I was really looking forward to that. I was told that they are monitoring media to update their photos.

breakfast was stone cold...all items were cold and i'm surprised the health dept. allows this. half cooked sausage patties and bacon strips...watered down juices..very poor experience. better off at mcdonalds down the street.the hotel was taken over by

The location was very convenient to Cedar Point which was our reason for being in the area. The front desk was super friendly and offered us unlimited bottles of water during our stay. Breakfast had several good options.

With only one elevator, there was frequently a wait. Being on the 2nd floor, we took the stairs a couple times so it wasn't a huge deal.

Convenient location, quiet, comfortable beds, plenty of parking, friendly staff. Good coffee and breakfast bar has good variety and is well maintained

stayed there twice within 9 days, ice machine remained broken, second stay elevator was out of service. I would say furniture in lobby and breakfast room needs to be replaced

Nice, clean, and modern. Friendly staff. Our stay was good. I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. However, I'm very unhappy with Booking.com. Not all the pictures on here are of this property. There is a picture if water slides. This hotel DOES NOT have water slides, which is the main reason I booked.

Free breakfast was good and a money-saver. Coffee choices very good, including very hot water. I lokes how quiet we could make the room with a portable fan.

Booking.com didnt ensure that your staff saw that I paid fully up front. So booking.com needs to better communicate with your front desks. Possibly put another TP toll in rooms when folks are staying 5 nights. That's all.
