It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the outside deck was beautiful. The staff were pretty nice and I did enjoy my stay, other than us having no television for the duration of my stay. If my television was working, I would have given this place a clean 10, but the manager did give me a discount because of that inconvenience. So overall, I am happy with my decision to choose this hotel.

That I was not told before I arrived that it was a storm that knocked out the television service and spent my whole time without a tv.

The staff here was super friendly. The rooms are well-kept and clean, and even their 'smaller' rooms are a decent size with lots of room space. The breakfast was good and was consistently being refreshed, and the staff were constantly keeping the area clean. I can't speak on the amenities but there was a pool/outdoor area as well that looked nice.

Honestly nothing. Though do keep in mind there are only stairs between floors (no elevator) and room service only comes every 3 days I guess (they will come if you request it though), which wasn't a huge deal for me only staying there one night but I can imagine that could be a hassle for longer trips.

The staff were kind enough to let us use the pool all afternoon BEFORE check in and would’ve let us use it the next day after check out, but it was storming. The breakfast was really nice.

The pool was kinda dirty. Just usual bugs and leaves. There was a net, but we didn’t really care enough to use it. Lots of little kids roaming the lobby without parents. I know management TRIED to do something about them. Parking was scarce close to the doors late in the evening.

Great location! Room was nice, roomy. Cute fireplace although WAY too warm to use that! Breakfast was really good, well stocked. The staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive! The pool was nice and warm. Cute area to relax around a fire. Overall really nice experience and we will 100% stay here everytime we are in the area!

Only complaints, the tub wasnt super clean. Was hair around edges in tub/soap holder and a friendly lil spider who had made a home above the shower. The remotes for tvs were a pain! Kept switching the input to static and the remotes werent wanting to switch back. And there were separate remote for tv/direct tv....but only 1 for the direct tv which is what changes the channels. So had to share that remote between the front room and the bedroom, which was inconvenient at night but we made it work.

My son and I stayed here for 3 nights for Cedar Point. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and grocery stores. It's only a 10-minute drive to Cedar Point. The king bed was comfortable, but the sleeper needs a new, thicker mattress. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

The only issues I had with our hotel room were the constant problems with our key cards, despite not putting them near our phones, and the loud noise from the people above us. They were stomping a lot, and some kids were standing outside our door at 8:30, being loud.

The staff was super nice. I liked the outside pool. It was close to cedar point and affordable. I had to get two rooms because we had 6 of us. The breakfast in the morning was huge. They had a ton of options. Make your own waffle. Fruit. Cereal. Oatmeal. Bagels. They had all Sorts of side including jelly and peanut butter. Also has fresh fruit. Coffee teas and juices.

I heard kids running on top on my room. But it wasn’t at night just during the day. It’s not amazingly modern but it’s affordable and nice for one or two nights.

The location was good. Not to far from Cedar Point or Put in Bay. We were there for Bash on the Bay. Our room was nice. Had a sitting arra with couch and fireplace. Breakfast was good the first morning. After that, they ran out of food the next 2 mornings. We loved the firepit area.

I didn’t realize it but I booked a suite room which was an unexpected good surprise. For the price I didn’t expect it to be so cheap but it was perfect. We had a little living room area before entering the bed room. We were traveling with our 2 year old and our 3 month old and it worked out perfectly because I could place the bassinet in the little living room area and baby wasn’t woken up by dad or big brother. Since it was the closes to the door I just slept on the couch with him because I wasn’t comfortable even with the baby monitor to have him behind a closed door closes to the hotel door and the couch was surprisingly comfortable. The bed in flipped out into was not, and I’m short. So I think if you were taller you would want to bring a mattress topper if you plan to sleep on the pull out. Other wise you’ll have a bar in your back. Our room was clean and it was so quiet because the suite was tucked back into a corner at the end of the hallway. Since the road is so close I was worried about noise. We did bring noise makers and we didn’t hear the road or other guests. Breakfast was really good and convenient. If we are ever in Sandusky again we would stay here.

The only thing we did not like was there is no elevator. Honestly if we didn’t have small kids this wouldn’t have been an issue as we are young and capable of taking the stairs. But we didn’t know when booking that there is no elevator to help us cart up all the toddle and baby things to our room. If you have issues with stairs just book on the first level and you’ll have no issue.

The staff is hands down the best! There were some unruly guests near our room upon check in and the gentleman working the front desk handled it so swiftly! Then in the morning we got a late start due to waking up with an unexpected heat rash from a day at cedar point. Tending to it made us miss breakfast but the lady working the area and cleaning sat my daughter and I down and served us herself. That level of hospitality is unmatched! She also gave me tips for my heat rash and showed genuine care and concern for us. Love love love this place! They treat you family!!
