Rooms were very nice for what I paid; facilities were very well kept. Waterpark was way better than I expected it to be. Only got to use it for a short time due to length of stay, but hope to change that next year!

Only complaint I had was the microwaves in the vending area. There was only one available to use.

Requested extra towels multiple times and never got them. Room service poor. Glad it was only towels that were needed.

It was great fun for the whole family. The information and birthday channels were good.

It would be nice for a breakfast to be included in the price. There is another indoor water park that has great reviews and they have a “generous hot breakfast” included in the price and they are about 20% cheaper.

construction being done, I reserved a special room and did not receive it.This was a special time for my Granddaughter. She won National Championship in cheerleading and this was Her gift from us. She loves wolfs and We reserved the wolf den and they gave us Wiley’s den. I was really upset about that!!

I loved and my daughter too all the activities that the lodge offered. Such as the Waterpark, Magi quest, mining experience, and the arcade. Even the ten paw bowling. Our room was excellent and everything was good price

It was very busy. We went during the week days thinking that it would be less crowded but it was very crowded. The water park was packed too.

Everything was great from the staff and place. And the people were good with quality and comfortable being there.

I love everything about this place my first time staying there and I will definitely be back next time I know to let them know it's my son's birthday he kind of felt left out with all the happy birthday banners on all the doors except for his but I didn't know that they did something for our birthdays

Had a hard time with my room door but besides that everything was good once I figured it out

I brought my adult autistic son. He had a great time. Staff was very friendly. Room was ready early. Plenty of things for my son to do.

The kids loved the extra activities. We did bowling and the mining.

The room had a weird smell, the shower curtain was yellow on the bottom and there was hair in the tub from the previous guests.
