When it comes to Cedar Point hotel properties, you can’t beat Hotel Breakers for location and convenience. Being just steps away from the park with stunning views of both the park and the lake makes it the perfect place to stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a comfortable, welcoming feel—plus, the beds were comfy for relaxing after a long day of fun!

While Hotel Breakers offers unbeatable convenience and location, I found it to be a bit overpriced. I understand you’re paying for proximity to the park, but the main hallways and elevators were dirty and in need of some attention. Considering the property sits closed during the winter months, there’s really no excuse for the public areas not being in better, cleaner condition—especially given the cost of the stay.

Rooms were very nice and clean, lots of different places to eat , very close to the park and was nice to be able to go back and forth.

My room was paid in full, 8 months ago, took my card , told me I would not be charged was just to have a card on file, woke up next morning, almost 400 dollars was charged, told it would be put back on in 2 to 3 days, some people budget their money for vacation, I can see a 50.00 deposit for cleaning and such ,like any other hotel, but not 400, that was my vacation money, thats why it was paid in full so I wouldn't have any unexpected expenses.

The location of this hotel -- a walk to Cedar Point -- is what makes me come back. The property has done a great job with upkeep and our room was incredibly clean. Having the early park entry and parking included are definitely value added.

For the price, I would have liked a little more -- had to request housekeeping during our stay (and after the second night, it looked like staff started our room...then left with a partially made bed, some trash removed). I know there's a Starbucks and Perkins on property...but a coffee maker in the room (which has a fridge and microwave...) would have really been a plus.

Location! There is so much to do there without even leaving the property. of course there’s Cedar Point and the Boardwalk but there’s also plenty of restaurants on site, an arcade, several pools, jacuzzis and fire pits.

My main complaint is there are no coffee makers in the rooms because they have a Starbucks on site. However I like to have coffee on the balcony without having to get dressed and walk 5 minutes and wait in line so I can bring it back to the room. also it’s nearly impossible yo find a parking spot. we drove through several lots before finding one.

The best thing about the property is the location and how easy it is to get to the park and back to your room

I have stayed here multiple times and what I would like to see updated/changed about this location to bring me back is the parking situation it is a nightmare little to no parking spots available near your room. Secondly I think it’s time to update your tvs paying almost $1k for a suite you think your tv would be bigger and the guide actually works so I’m not searching through every channel to find something good to watch as I’m relaxing in my room. Lastly the bathroom floors need scrubbed or cleaned more often. Again as someone who has stayed at this location multiple times this hasn’t been the first time the floors looked dirty. It’s a nice hotel but definitely need some changes and updates

The staff was friendly it was clean we were constantly seeing employees wiping down the walls and mopping and sweeping because of the sand and the water dripping off people from the pool the rooms were clean and quite spacious. I like the fact that they had a kids only pool with little water slides and things like that. There was something for everyone plus it's walking distance to cedar point

The bed was a little firm for my liking but I like a very soft mattress

For a cedar point visit this is a great location and extremely walkable to multiple park entrances and the water park. In the summer months the pools and beach onsite is a huge benefit. Service is very good and the front desk is responsive. Easy to get food from onsite restaurants and pizza can be delivered to multiple points on the property, which is great when you’re with kids who love to swim and go to the beach. You get free parking and early access to the amusement park.

Room could have been cleaner, furniture is a bit worn, the rooms are expensive but you are paying for location.

Room was small. Disappointed that it was not cleaned daily disappointed we were kicked out of the hotel because apparently the whole thing closed on Monday. Went there to relax and get away and that was cut short. We had no idea and waited for hours as my kids were at the park, their phones were in a locker I could not get A hold of them to let them know as I said their phones were locked in lockers. I went to relax they went to play so that was very disappointing Very expensive for not a lot. Had to get a room change as my lake view was blocked by a tree in the way. Pull out chouch was extremely uncomfortable, could literally hear the springs popping… We got kicked out of a pool because some sort of electricity went down (without access to the phone, apparently the pool had to close ) which apparently happens often. Many of the rides in the park were closed in my girls could not access. Obviously the view is beautiful, but an overall disappointing experience.

Service to the rooms, replacement of furniture when it is obviously destroyed. If the problem with the phones happens often by the pools that needs to be addressed. The rugs in the room were filthy and overall could have been cleaner. The light above the kitchenette did not work and the cover was laying on the counter. for $770 for 2 nights you would’ve thought you would’ve gotten more

Love ❤️ the pools , the hot tubs , the resort like atmosphere. Been a gold passer for years but not one to ride at CP but also love just hanging out at CP, so every aspect all in 1 location is Wonderful!! My parents brought us here to stay as far vacation as age 4, I remember Hotel Breakers , my parents still after 61 yrs of marriage recall their best memories at Cedar Point and staying at Hotel Breakers !! Staff friendly accommodating!!💞💞

I liked how close it is to the park and activities there.

We had a dirty knife on the base of the lamp. Front desk staff wasn't the most helpful. When we checked in, we were not told she needed a pass for early in the park the next day, when my husband called at 9 that night she would not allow my 17 year old son to go get it. TGIFs service was below expected level.
