Good food, pleasant people, helpful and respectful. All was good . Receved help when asked. Response was quick and very helpful and pleasant, Staff went the extra mile to be pleasant and helpful. Courteous all the time. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

Personally I am not a big fan about welcoming animals and pets, where I stay. Would like a map of where everything is eg the pool, sauna, hot tub , coffee room etc

Great location, exceptionally tidy in all areas of this hotel even the parking lot. The suites are roomy, have great AC and nice large windows, smell and feel very clean!! The bed was a bit firm but otherwise great, very nice linens and pillows. Large TV with decent channel choices..Excellent restaurant food breakfast to dinner, service is awesome. You can really see they care throughout and all staff were A+ We stayed longer because we liked it so much!

The toiletries are small (but great quality) pool and spa areas room small and a bit dated but clean

We had breakfast in the connected restaurant called Farina. It was very good and amazing price. Staff were very busy but very pleasant. We usually stay at a motel that breakfast is included

The cost of our accommodation quoted by booking.com was not the total which is what we normally experience when we book. Whenever I check into my motel I know the exact cost based on my booking. However I was quoted 319.98 for the Best Western and had to pay 376.04. It was for 2 nights. My family used booking.com and stayed for 3 nights and did not pay much more than we did. She did not experience the surprise price difference. I like to know the full cost when I book for my budgeting purposes. I will monitor this and explore other booking agents if needed,

Good sized, clean room.

Service at the restaurant was really poor. Lack of attention from waiting staff, they disappeared for long periods of time, food took ages to arrive despite the restaurant not being busy, really disappointing.

Staff is super friendly. I love that they have pet friendly rooms as sometimes I like to travel with my pet. Great location close to everything. Beds super comfy !

At night I like to relax and warch tv and the channel selection is not that great I wish I would have brought my firestick or something

I didn't realize there was no continental breakfast when I booked, though I was happy there was coffee in the lobby with Matteos sugar free syrup! Yum!

Fantastic. It had everything. Comfortable, good value, pool, spa, restaurant and vending machines. Location was awesome. Close to everything we needed for our visit and hockey tournament.

I don’t have an issue but no elevator access to 2nd floor. So if mobility issues ask for 1st floor.

Awesome staff at the front desk. Restaurant staff most of them were kind and thoughtful.

Beds were very uncomfortable. We had 2 rooms. The first room the shower was horrible.
