The location was good. It was easy and convenient to access the amenities of North Bay. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was enjoyable even offering scrambled eggs and sausage. The fact that you have destination charging ports for your guests makes travelling very convenient

Turning the tv on was complicated ,to say the least. Shawna got it up and running one night and we watched 2 one hour programs before going to sleep. With our tv service at home we we don't have to suffer through the extremely excessive number of commercials that come with standard cable tv. 115 commercials in 2 one hour programs. WOW!!!!! Talk about annoying. That number is accurate. I counted them all.. After that we didn't bother with the tv.

The breakfast is always pretty decent and the checking experience was improved with a tablet style questionnaire and virtual approach. Loved that they have a smart TV in the room. Now It was wonderful to watch our own Netflix show. We find navigating the local TV channels complicated often when we stay.

The rooms still have the heating and cooling system that is on the wall. Not a thermostat running this keeps you awake. The fan is either too loud or the room gets too hot. It's not very well regulated. It would be nice to have a thermostat. I don't love the small pillows. It is not comfortable for sleeping.

We enjoyed having something to eat in the morning, before checking out. The balcony doors made it easy to access our vehicle to load and unload our bags. The staff was friendly and nice , the room was quiet for a good night sleep

The only thing that might have been better would be to offer gluten free options to breakfast, it was nice that you had fruit, but muffins, or cereal would have been nice as well.

The staff is what makes this property great. Extremely friendly and helpful. We were greeted immediately and both the lady and gentleman at the front desk were super sweet. You don't see this everyday so it was so nice to be welcomed with a smile.

It's a little dated. Beds are small, length wise. I'm not very tall and I still found it to be short. The tub was hard to turn on: very stiff. However if you just need a place to sleep the pillows are super comfy!

The breakfast was good. It could have been better. There weren't enough fruits. No bananas, cantaloupe, grapes, etc. Room was adequate for my needs. Location was too far away from where I did most of my visit in North bay.

There was no elevator in the building, so we had to use the stairs. The room was too stuffy, The air conditioner was not on and we did not know really how to use it. Fitness room entry was not accessible with the room key. I had to call the reception to pen the fitness room for me. The fitness room could have use more weights, options.

I've stayed here many times, it's always great. The staff are always super friendly and helpful when needed

This particular time, there was open chocolates left on the floor of our room. I also requested a ground level room and the first time I didn't receive that, I've never had anything I didn't like in previous stays though and I have stayed many times

Great location, and the breakfast was with a good selection. We stayed one night before our final destination and one night returning home to break up our trip. (A Tuesday and a Saturday) Shauna at the front desk recognized us and our 2 dogs and was able to secure the same room. This special attention made us feel welcome.

The pillows were a bit dated compared to other hotels.

Check in was smooth and the facility/room were as described. Breakfast was really busy around 730am but staff had no issues with us eating in the lobby or in the room (even making light jokes about it, which I loved).

The room had a bit of a smoke smell linger. We aired out the room via the small window and then put the AC on and it was okay after a bit.

Breakfast met expectations. All customers are different, so I understand you have to cater to all. Grade A

TV selection was limited. We stayed in Huntsville the night before and much more expansive channels. No Fox News in North Bay. You may or may not like FOX, that is not the issue. It would be better if you subscribe. After all Fox is overwhelming the number one choice in Cable News. Kudos to Clark. Sorry I had to call him after we got to our room. TV stuck on one channel. Clark fixed it, appreciate it.

The room was a fair size and very clean.The beds were quite comfortable and the hotel itself was quiet.The breakfast was perfect.The hotel is in a nice area,close to everything and they have a wonderful beach.Will be back for sure.The staff were very polite and friendly.
