Breakfast was excellent, and the morning staff were just wonderful ladies.

Upon arrival, the hotel was consumed by a large group of young people at a competition for 2 days, for which we had to readjust breakfast each day off your premises as it was difficult to get near the food counter. we understand but there were also a lot of other business folks, Police, hydro, and railroad that were on work schedules.

Very comfortable room, I like the room cold when I sleep and I was able to set it at the right temperature :) Selection of food at breakfast was good.

The lady at check in was very sweet but she always had to answer phone and was trying to solve the problems of people on the phone and I was standing in front or her waiting to check in… maybe add someone in the office to answer the phone when the lady at front desk is busy with clients???

Location was great for our needs. We were attending a graduation at Canadore College. There were restaurants and casual shopping nearby. Easy jaunt to the beach. Facilities were extremely clean and attractive. Room was spacious and well provisioned. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the 24H coffee/tea/bev. Appreciated the self-use laundry for our very last minute packing! Very happy with our stay. - Looked like a nice selection for breakfast but didn't really partake. Gym looked attractive, but again didn't get a chance to use. Forgot to check out the pool. -

Everything!!! From the hotel cleanliness, to the offered breakfast and staff. This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and this is now my 3rd stay. I will only ever book here when in North Bay.

Honestly, the ONLY complaint was the pool. Too much chlorine I think. You could feel it in your eyes even if you weren’t in the water. And when a big part of the reason I choose a hotel is the pool situation, it’s a wee bit disappointing.

Very clean and comfortable amenities. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and lots of it.

No towel bar by the shower. Had to put my towel on the floor so it was close enough to reach after showering. Door did not close when leaving or entering room. Had to jig around with the handle in order for it to close properly.

The hotel is in excellent condition as it is only one year old. Our room was superb with an en suite shower room, which was well designed and brilliantly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a well thought out breakfast buffet included in the price, which was fresh with plenty of variety and choice.

Everything was perfect.

The room was spotless, beds comfortable and loved the body wash and shampoo and conditioner on the shower. Very comfortable stay. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Would like some firmer pillows.

Beautiful inside, lobby very well done, wonderful breakfast nice touch with the fresh strawberries and grapes. Pool a bit small but we were the only ones in it.

265.00 a night during the week in June seems high in North Bay but hotel prices have gone up every where. We were there for graduation which was in the morning so we didn't have much choice other then to book a hotel.
