Location was about 7 mins or less away from beach and any shops or restaurants we needed to go to. Hotel was clean, comfortable. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was so good and so many choices: scrambled eggs, omelet, boiled egg, potatoes, sausages (turkey and pork), yogurt, fruits, 3 different types of bread, bagels, pancakes, 3 different types of juices, 24 hrs coffees, teas...my family really enjoyed dealing their. Will definitely bookat Hiday Inn Express again wherever we stay.

Beautiful rooms & bathrooms, equipped w microwave & fridge, very spacious (both room & bathroom also), very comfortable bed, & very clean the view of the city was very beautiful from the large window Great breakfast & 24hr coffee option (there happened to be a very large tour group when we were there (unbeknownst to us), as well as a power outage, & the staff still managed to feed everyone for breakfast, & the food was delicious!)

Friendly staff, clean and safe place to stay. Breakfast was good and parking was full but was still able to find a good spot. We did enjoy our stay at this hotel.

The AC was a little louder than expected but simply turned up the temperature and no more issues. I booked close to the stay date so paid more than we wanted, not their fault I guess.

hi the bed was comfortable and the room was clean ,the water in the pool is a little bit cold. The pool needs to be clean before and afther the people using them, ,that would be nice that the chef and the kitchen staff do more a little bit faster refilling the food, we are waiting for the food for almost an hr.

Time for breakfast should more prominently displayed, e.g. in the Elevator...and Reception can remind guests about breakfast starting at 6:30am when they gave out the room keys

Message on TV screen "Welcome...." serves no useful purposes. Indicate breakfast at 6:30am, check in/check out times would be more useful. Is there a pool? If so, indicate where and time of operation.

The hotel is new, bright and clean. The room was in good shape, clean and comfortable. Hotel was easy to find and has plenty of free parking. Wifi worked well.

Breakfast was rather ordinary. Air conditioning was a bit noisy. Hotel price was high but it was high season. The surroundings were not walkable, lots of pavement, no greenery, trails, rivers or lakes.

Beautiful! Very spacious and comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

Only thing I didn’t like was the fact it said the rooms were soundproof and I could hear people walking by and keys jingling. They definitely were not soundproof!

Great breakfast, lots of choices, staff very helpful from the kitchen. Nice to know I can get stuff that I may have forgotten from home (ex. toothbrush, razor), and at no cost. Maybe a few more parking spots for physically challenged ?

Still don't know if after my FIRST stay I've earned points on my membership no. (?????). Should have a RUBBER MAT in the bathtub as without one is very challenging, especially for a physically challenged person.

Location, breakfast, reasonably clean

Had an issue with one room. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Called to have it fixed. They came while we went for dinner and said it was all good but when we went to use it, still would flush properly. Loud vibration in the same room. We think there was something running on the roof

Breakfast was not bad, but no bacon. Room was nice. Pool was heated, which in winter was really nice.

Room was clean, but shower still had hairs in it and other dirt. Breakfast selection was limited Bed wasn't too comfortable and hard to fall asleep.
