The property was close to the area we needed to be. Easy to find and lots of parking and very clean exterior. Two bedrooms for what a double queen room at a cheap hotel was awesome as I was travelling with my 18 year old son. A/C was nice and cold and could be controlled in the room. Stove and full fridge were great to have.

I would have liked a coffee maker and or kettle and a microwave. It also didn’t occur to me that the kitchen would have nothing in it other than the fridge and stove…. I would have brought dishes/cutlery/pans etc from home…. But a trip to the dollar store and giant tiger solved the issue.

The hotel was a bit of a surprise in that it turned out to be a university campus, rather than a 'conference center' as advertised, but it was clean and suited well enough, making us have the 'university living' experience. There was a lot of space, with a desk, of course, where you could work at, with a comfortable chair. The shower worked well, It was a pleasant experience, all in all.

It was a bit disappointing that there was no microwave, although we did fine without one. You could not make a cup of tea or anything in the evening, if you wanted to, but we just did without that.

Great location on the northwest edge of the city, closer to great hiking trails, waterfall, nature, and a nearby shopping and eateries mall, though it is not in the centre of the city. The rooms and kitchen are spacious, though basic.

Kitchen should have some basic pots and pans and utensils to use for cooking. Only bare kitchen is provided. That means you have to carry all kitchen utensils. Also there is no microwave, which could be handy to warm purchased food.

No shampoo, only two conditioners. Would have liked to microwave or at least a kettle or sauce pan since there is a full stove. Room 204 of Building 19 - window locks seem not to lock properly. Phoned front desk twice between 8:00 and 9:30 pm did not get answer only recording even though it’s suppose to be 24-hr service.

We are repeat visitors. As always, the price is great for a night's stay on route to our final destination. It's clean and comfortable, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The property is located not too far from restaurants and other shopping. It's a nice area to take a walk in.

For every stay at this establishment we've had to go back to the desk and ask for more towels (this happens in many places when we are more than 2 guests). This shouldn't be an issue since we state the number of guests when booking. Rooms should be equipped with at least 1 bath towel per guest. The desk attendant was great and gave us towels right away.

Excellent value. Very large room with two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with full sized fridge and stove/oven, with a dinette table and chairs. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, towels soft and fluffy. Each bedroom has a large desk and lots of storage. Very quiet - we didn't hear others in the hallway or in other rooms. Friendly staff. Very close to hospital - convenient for appointments. We would definitely stay here again.

Desk chair in one room wasn't the most comfortable - tilted downward and awkward to sit in. Kitchen floor was clean, but feels like it had a bit of soap left on it (needed more rinsing). Since this is a college residence, just a heads up that there isn't an iron, microwave, dishware/pots/pans, dish soap etc. We knew this before we went, so not an issue for us, but just something to be aware of in case you want to bring some of your own items for a longer term stay (this would be a great place for a long term stay).

This is really good value for money. The rooms are reasonably priced and ours came with a kitchenette and 2 separate bedrooms. It is a university dormitory so would be a good place to set up and work or do a project.

The price was reasonable and I can't complain AT ALL. I guess the only thing I would want guests to know is that if they want to use the kitchenette they need to have their own kitchen supplies (dishes, pots, pans etc.)

When I entered the room I found dirty used towels behind the bathroom door and there was shit around the rim of the toilet bowl. The seat even had a paper strap around the lid to imply that it had been cleaned which was clearly a lie. It really made us wonder if the sheets had even been changed The pool table had no ques or pool balls

The place is very spacious for 2 people. Bed is comfortable, and plenty of space for storage.

It'll be nice if there's a kettle in the room or a hot water station for the floor, so that we can make a cup of tea.

It was super clean and the check in was easy and the staff was extremely friendly! It was nice and quiet and the beds were quite comfortable!

The elevator sounds were really loud! It startled us cuz it seemed excessively loud. But we couldn’t hear them outside of the elevator area so it doesn’t really matter!
