This is a convenient, clean, modern, comfortable, well-maintained, reasonably-priced respite when you're on the road. The wi-fi has two bands and is excellent (which could be related to not many people staying when I was there mid-week). It appears to be family-owned, which is my preference. It's not on "motel row", on the east side of town; it's on the west. All in all, it's a good choice in Owen Sound.

There is no "free" breakfast, if that is important to you. It has an "early checkin" fee, which I'd never heard of before. (This is easily avoided, of course).

Great little Motel. Really friendly and helpful staff and the rooms were large and clean. Also the Water pressure in the shower was great.

Room was clean, fridge and microwave were great, cable tv, fairly quiet, beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. Central location and our host Frank was great and helpful.

This is NOT the fault of the motel....but Owen Sound, is forcing hoteliers to charge a tourist rip-off charge of 4 % and I find that very anti-customer and provides no benefit to vacationers, who come here and contribute to the economy. For example 10 years ago, previous to that, we would go every 2 years, to Niagara Falls, but since they charge a 10% tourist gouge..we won't go back. My response to Owen Sound, was to complain to the city...waste of time...and then spend money on 10 meals and attractions, outside of this city, as a protest. So, we won't be back.....there are many other cities to visit.

Great location to visit Bruce Peninsula, on the edge of Owen Sound - a lovely town and worth visiting in itself. The facility is simple motel style, which we liked. The rooms were well kept, amenities like soap, coffee etc all good quality (I cannot judge but my wife can ;-) The fridge was handy too. Frank the owner gave me a friendly & great orientation of the area. We enjoyed our visit to the Inglis waterfalls as well as the Indian restaurant right across the street. We initially tried to stay in Tobermory but the weekend was fully booked so we stayned here but not to regret it at all. We'd love to stay here again if we have a chance to explore more of Bruce peninsula next summer.

We only stayed for a night but the room was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and there is a microwave and fridge in the room. There is also a bbq area with tables to sit and eat outside, which we used as the space in the room was a bit tight for 4 people. Frank was very nice when we checked in and provided directions to places to visit and eat around Owen Sound. If we will go back to Owen Sound in future we will definitely consider Nights Inn for lodging.

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Those are really the only things that are most important - clean and comfortable. The A/C worked well. The hot water was plentiful.

I didn’t like that there were two double beds (queen sized would have been much better) but that’s such a small criticism. Everything else was great!!

Amazing place. I stayed there multiple times. It is ugly. Cheap carpet. Old bathroom. Ancient furniture. BUT it has everything! Coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. It is clean. There are multiple garbage bins, there are 2 tables. Everything is there. So if you can look pass the aesthetics, it is a great place to stay. Location is great too. Lots of amenities and restaurants within minutes.

The location was really good. As we weren't camping, we enjoyed the flexibility of being an hour from Tobermory in an hour from Blue Mountain and everything in between. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly. Walkable from some really great restaurants too. Everything was very clean and checking it out was really easy

It's a motel so you can't expect luxury, but it was pretty great for our needs.

Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Really comfortable bed. This is a basic motel but it really hits the mark for a comfortable stay. It was close to downtown and there are restaurants within walking distance. We always stay here when in Owen Sound .

We were initially missing a shower curtain which was quickly remedied. Staff need to make sure there is a mix of coffee supplies in the room (also very quickly remedied). Toilets too low a height for us old people. But these are very minor quibbles.

Our second time staying at Nights Inn this year and we’re booked again for the fall. As we’re hiking the Bruce Trail with spouse and friends, we appreciate a clean and well maintained motel at the end of a long day. Tom’s coffee within a couple of minutes walk is very convenient for our morning and evening coffee. The new Tipsy Fox pub also with a few minutes walk is excellent.

Everything was great.
