Very good location, about 5-7 min from Main Beach. Close to all the ammenities and food so super convenient. Staff- excellent service, very courteous and professional. Ilyas (Manager) and his team do a good job. Ammenities: Two pools (indoor and outdoor), Sauna, Whirlpool (wasnt working when we went). All are very good and open till 10 PM each night. Lots of towels also in this area. Breakfast- decent offering, no issues with quality and quantity, There is coffee and tea all day at Receptiopn which is a good touch. There is coffee and tea rooms as well. Parking; very handy if your backs into it like ours Room: Clean, enough room, lots of towels. Shower was very good also. TV was confusing sometimes you can stream but no TV channels (some rooms its opposite) but we didnt really have time for tv anyways. Overall a good value for money, its a desitination Motel that gives you a lot of bang for the buck.

I think the new management is doing better than the previoua ones. Everything ia good but few thinga to consider, Bathroom shower tubs and floora needs a bit scrubbing, carpet wash also needa to be done. Backyard trees needs to Trim, really short cut needed if can't removed the whole trees. To make it Excellent needs moretime foe housekeeping specially bathrooms and room carpets, ( NO PETS ALLOWED PLEASE!!!!) Thank you very much.

Fridge didnt work when we got there we told some some they fixed it ....our bathroom didnt have soap we told cleaning lady she brought us some right side light didnt work but not a big deal.....we went around back it came out to our deck and chairs it was hard to get up and down thru back way no stairs or step so we went in and out the door

This hotel is very well run. Staff are accommodating and work very hard. Our room was spacious and lacked nothing. The room setup is such that each on ground floor have walkout with a pair of chairs. The bathroom was huge, large walk-in shower. Hotel has outside and inside pools, indoor hot tub and sauna, lots of fresh towels. Breakfast is excellent but was very busy when we went, could not find table, as lots of couples do not share space. Hotel walking distance to several eateries.

Starting from the check-in, everything has been exceptional. We got joining rooms as requested, which were pretty convenient with all the required amenities. The staff has been super friendly and flexible without tiny requests and treated us with care and respect. The indoor and outdoor pools were quite spacious and looked clean even though we didn't have ample time to use them. Overall, we had a pleasant and unforgettable experience.

Everything was absolutely amazing from the rooms to the amenities, the staff were extra helpful and went the extra mile to help. I was travelling alone but I have never felt so helped ! There were tons of options nearby to walk around and enjoy. I would definitely want to go back again. The breakfast was nice and hot and there was always a fresh pot of coffee ready as needed.

Nothing wrong with the place at all. It was very well taken care of and we'll Maintained. Definitely will consider visiting again.

I was looking forward to the spa (hot tub) but the cover was old and dilapitated and the tub didn't work. The indoor pool was old but good however one morning of our stay the corner of the pool had a significant amount of scum.

Best breakfast ever...lots of choices and extras. Front desk staff and maids, all exceptionally nice and very knowledgable of surrounding area. Lovely grounds and outdoor pool area with BBQ..nice touch!!! And offer of picnic basket was over the top extra!!!! . Also water dispenser and candles outside did not go unnoticed. Honestly..stayed in enough places to realize this was the nicest, prettiest, excellent value for the money. All 3 of us will come back with each of our families. Oh, forgot to mention, we used the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.Fantastic and loved towels on site. Super super clean.

Good value for money. Friendly staff but i suspect that they are under staff unfortunately, hence a few negative comments.

Some of the plates were dirty and there was no dishwasher. No net curtains on the door and the staff patio and public pool area were directly outside this door. Breakfast badly organised with things running out.

Centrally located close to downtown. Plenty of amenities such as indoor pool, hot tub and breakfast included.

There was no hand soap in bathroom and the body wash pump was either empty or would not dispense any body wash. I had my own back up wash but that seemed off that such simple staples weren’t there in deluxe suite.
