I really like the room as it had a separate living space for the kids to hang out and the parents had their own room with a tv. Loved that ours had a kitchenette which is good to know if we come back in the summer. Our room the only one in the hotel had a balcony and since it was so nice I did sit out there for awhile to read.

The room did have a musty smell til we open up the sliding door and the carpet did have some stains. The breakfast was okay. The waffle maker could be updated as there was no spray for it so our waffle got stuck and it wasn't very crispy to eat very soggy.

Bed was so comfy. Heat worked well and we certainly appreciated it. Breakfast was great..lots of variety, and tasty. Also, I appreciated that the body wash was scentfree.

Just a couple of minor cosmetic issues: frame on mirror, in bathroom, was sticking out at the bottom- an easy fix. Also, scuff marks in the newish bath tub made it look dirty. Also the coffee machine in the room was a bit flimsy but we didn't need to use it since coffee was served at breakfast.

The breakfast was pretty good, my whole family enjoyed it. Special thanks to the staff for accommodating me even at 1 a.m. in the morning when I asked for extra blankets. We were also allowed to enjoy our take out dinner in the dining room - all 10 of us were going to eat in one of our bedrooms and that would've gotten messy!

No hand soap in the washroom. Not a huge issue, but would've been nice.

Breakfast had great variety, to suit everyone’s tastes. Staff in breakfast room friendly and helpful. The staff at reception, and even the guests were all very friendly.

No hand soap in bathroom had to request it, Soiled towel on rack in bathroom. The gym was not inviting, damp, musty and did not want to use the equipment.

Actually I was surprised, I've spent more for lower disappointing quality. This actually exceeded it!

Noticed fitness room door was locked couldn't look inside to check out equipment. I'm a fitness equipment service tech and do LOTS of work for hotels mainly in the gtaa , so I like to see what they have. But, not a big deal, I figured you have to ask for the key for the door. So it's not actually a complaint or something I didn't like. Must be for a reason,

Nice room, good breakfast buffet, good location. Staff were attentive, and kitchenette was adequately stocked.

Toilet needed a good cleaning, which desk attendant took care of quickly. Some under cabinet lighting in the kitchen would be helpful and maybe a kettle.

The room was very clean and updated. Loved the comfortable bed and very nice shower. Front desk associates were very professional and friendly.

Outside could use some pressure washer cleaning so people don’t think the inside is unclean, because the inside was immaculate.

We went to Kincardine to visit our daughters who were camping at Inverhuron Provincial Park with their families. The hotel was conveniently located for the visit. We arrived a bit early for check in, but the super nice lady at reception said there was no problem to get the room ahead of time. The room was simple but comfortable and well equipped. Same goes for the bathroom and everything and everywhere was immaculately clean. Good and abundant towels and nice linen. The bed was comfortable and everything worked perfectly. Great shower, a real plus after a whole day outdoors. The hotel was very quiet despite being full. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and perfectly cooked. No burnt or greasy dishes. We are frequent travellers and hotels’ veterans and we have put this hotel in our return list.

The air conditioner and bathroom fan were a bit noisy.

Our only issue was we were not told what the hours for breakfast service were. When we came down at 9:35 the employee was just starting to clean up. He very kindly allowed us to get a coffee and a muffin which we appreciated.

The accessible room was beautifully, laid out, clean and pleasing to the eye. The staff was very helpful.

The TV required help from staff in order to get it to work. Something needed to be reset and that was a little frustrating. However, the staff member was happy to help.
