The Wonderful continental breakfast, our room had the free kitchenette. Later that night we discovered we would need to stay one more night. Although the same room was not available. Gail was Wonderful she got me checked into another room for the next night. Traveling with two senior for a family emergency. Gail had no idea how Wonderful it was that she was able to make the transition just a few steps away. I was Traveling with my 91 year old mom & 80 year old Aunt. Sadly we were in town, their sister (My Aunt) was in hospice. She passed away Saturday morning. So thank you Gail Grass for your warm greeting and smile. Many hotels chains do not feel as warm. It was definitely appreciated during this difficult visit.

I really like the room as it had a separate living space for the kids to hang out and the parents had their own room with a tv. Loved that ours had a kitchenette which is good to know if we come back in the summer. Our room the only one in the hotel had a balcony and since it was so nice I did sit out there for awhile to read.

The room did have a musty smell til we open up the sliding door and the carpet did have some stains. The breakfast was okay. The waffle maker could be updated as there was no spray for it so our waffle got stuck and it wasn't very crispy to eat very soggy.

Bed was so comfy. Heat worked well and we certainly appreciated it. Breakfast was great..lots of variety, and tasty. Also, I appreciated that the body wash was scentfree.

Just a couple of minor cosmetic issues: frame on mirror, in bathroom, was sticking out at the bottom- an easy fix. Also, scuff marks in the newish bath tub made it look dirty. Also the coffee machine in the room was a bit flimsy but we didn't need to use it since coffee was served at breakfast.

Quick, easy check in, accomdated special request for earlier check in which was super helpful! Room was very clean!!!!!!! Friendly courteous service! Would and will stay here again absolutely 😁 Thank you.

Only thing if there was something room was kinda too narrow. Too many pillows hahahaha 😂 just kidding

The breakfast was pretty good, my whole family enjoyed it. Special thanks to the staff for accommodating me even at 1 a.m. in the morning when I asked for extra blankets. We were also allowed to enjoy our take out dinner in the dining room - all 10 of us were going to eat in one of our bedrooms and that would've gotten messy!

No hand soap in the washroom. Not a huge issue, but would've been nice.

Breakfast had great variety, to suit everyone’s tastes. Staff in breakfast room friendly and helpful. The staff at reception, and even the guests were all very friendly.

No hand soap in bathroom had to request it, Soiled towel on rack in bathroom. The gym was not inviting, damp, musty and did not want to use the equipment.

The front desk staff was very kind, the room was comfortable and did not smell like previous guests. They were accommodating and attentive and we appreciated that. Good price, great location.

The bathroom cleaning could do better but in general it was really acceptable.

Renovated shower room. Very good and comfy beds.

No kitchen light. There was very dark area, difficult to prepare food. TV was not working g. Very difficult to get in. Needed to go throughout TV setting each time after you turn off.

Actually I was surprised, I've spent more for lower disappointing quality. This actually exceeded it!

Noticed fitness room door was locked couldn't look inside to check out equipment. I'm a fitness equipment service tech and do LOTS of work for hotels mainly in the gtaa , so I like to see what they have. But, not a big deal, I figured you have to ask for the key for the door. So it's not actually a complaint or something I didn't like. Must be for a reason,
