We recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in Port Elgin for 3 days, and it was truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The facilities and amenities were top-notch, and the entire staff was incredibly warm and helpful. A special shout-out to Kim at the front desk, who went above and beyond in guiding us to explore the area and even shared some amazing hidden gems we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. Her friendly approach made us feel truly welcomed. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. Parking was spacious and convenient, and all the major tourist attractions were just a short drive away. We were completely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend Staybridge Suites Port Elgin to anyone visiting the area. Can’t wait to return!

The stay was very pleasant and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfast – it was excellent, fresh, and varied. The location is also great and convenient for exploring the area.

The bed was not very comfortable, there is definitely room for improvement.

Waaay too over priced, although the hotel was excellent, paying $1300 for two nights is not worth it for any hotel in my opinion. I understand it was a long weekend but it is not a 5 star hotel or all inclusive, it’s port Elgin, I felt a little gauging. For that money we could have spent a week in Florida.

The check in was extremely slow when only two representatives were there and one of them was taking calls for online booking. I would suggest someone that's not at the front desk take calls behind the scenes.

Only provided a small rough blanket for sleeping on the pull out couch after asking two staff for a comfortable blanket.

Looks brand new, nice furniture, spacious unit. Location is central, with a variety of shops, supermarkets and takeout places in close proximity

AC unit was kinda loud and rattley. Breakfast didn't have the best selection, eggs/sausages were quite dry

This is a new hotel and very well done hotel! Breakfast was the best we’ve seen in a while, even at peak time everything was available.

Hygiene. There was dirty cutlery in the room. It wasnt cleaned. Even the loo wasnt cleaned well.

The bar staff was friendly and very welcoming. The room was clean, the breakfast was versatile and great food.
