Jacuzzi (nice and hot) and Pool were amazing since the temperature was perfect - rare. Size of the pool is perfcet also. And the room was super clean. Bed - comfortable, clean and well done. Breakfast eggs nicely done! Gym was clean and provided water. Ice provided. In would just come back fot the jacuzzi- please don't change it!

A bit of bad smell in the hall between the rooms- maybe it was the carpet. Breakfast in general could be better, like to provide better quality of juice, but eggs were nicely done! In the gym through the "quick start" tried to start the running machine but it did not work as usual for me, but the rest the gym was very good for my needs.

Breakfast was quite sufficient. It had everything needed for a decent breakfast. The breakfast area was clean and the coffee was quite good!!

there were a couple items that were out but that was our timing. I’m sure they were refilled as they were ready. There could have been a better selection of muffins. Only one kind but again, could have been our timing and perhaps more came out after we left. Still it was all quite sufficient and acceptable .

Kelly at front desk was great! I remembered her from last stay 2 years ago. Pleasant welcome after long drive. Stocked breakfast bar and good staff. Coffee was enjoyably hot. Comfortable beds and linens. Convenient blackout curtains and room amenities.

Spa was unavailable. Would have been more convenient to enter by the side doors. Front lobby furniture arrangement made getting the full luggage trolley through not easy. No hot chocolate in rooms for keurig. Cream cheese at breakfast unavailable after 1st morning. Shower curtain (in room for disabled) was not long enough to prevent floor from getting complete wet. Room lighting/ mirror placement not good for makeup application. Hair dryer not very effective. Evening clerk (no name tag) at front desk on phone during our interaction, was dry and impersonal, gave off negative vibes.

Room was cozy and bed was comfortable. staff attended our requests.

Bathroom wasn't properly clean, Toilet was dirty and bathtub was clogged returning dirty material Swimming pool was very dirty couldn't be used No vending machine on the floor even though it has a reserved spot. Ice machine was also broken on the floor. Breakfast was OK but the ommeletes are not good, too dry.

The breakfast and breakfast server were amazing. She deserves a raise and a larger serving area. It was so homey and welcoming and delicious. The hotel books 300 people but breakfast area only seats 46. There are nice seats outside to eat as well. Staff are amazing but overworked. Would be nice to get more staff to help out.

More staff needed at check in and check out. More seating area for breakfast. Breakfast server was totally amazing she deserves a huge wage. She helped seat our family of four when seating was at a premium.

Room and bath were clean and up to date. They were able to accomodate an earlier check in. Quiet location.

Breakfast choices were less than many other hotels, e.g., bananas were the only fruit. Bread choices were fewer. Yogurts appeared to be in short supply. Dry cereals were mostly Cheerio-type. Amount of egg and sausage rounds adequate.

It was situated in a good area lots of room parking near accesties lots of room for a watercraft ..

The food needs to be upgraded wasn’t very good not fresh it was hot in the room lots of flies not lot of room to sit…

Good breakfast selection. Plenty to choose from. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The pool area was extremely hot, the water was not refreshing at all. The pool itself needed a good clean, there was a black ring around the liner.

Pool, hot tub were great entertainment for our 3 year old.

We are gluten intolerant and asked if the staff member knew if gluten was in the sausage patty at breakfast. They didn’t know. Would have been helpful if they could have offered to go and asked the chef/cook for us.

Glass and metal surfaces could have been cleaner. Such as elevator doors. More salt to treat icy surfaces near main entrance. And, let's use Canadian spelling on signage. It's "Business Centre", not "Business Center".
