The place is super clean and the staff are available even for late check in like 11pm. Didn't use room service to comment about it. Location is perfect close to Walmart, clothing stores, fast food centers considering the town don't expect too many stores. Bathrooms are very well sanitized,no issues with heating. Stayed during winter storm lik27cm snow back to back 2days and the parking Plaza is made sure to be plowed.

The TV doesn't have any remote if anyone looking for that for entertainment but had cable network remote with which you can't control tv settings. Refrigerator doesn't have control knob door refrigerator settings. It is set to max and some fruits that we got for breakfast got spoiled.

Great location close to the town centre, near shopping plaza and Heritage Centre. Very quiet room at the back of the motel. Very clean room and nice towels. Nice person at the reception. Also reasonable price.

I wish there were 2 pillows per person as we got just one per person. Also one chair only and I wish there were two. Parking could be improved as partly gravel partly asphalt. Motel goes through some renovations so there were some construction materials left near our parking spot. Perhaps it will be cleaned up when renovation is over.

I love the up dates that were done to the place and can't wait to see it finished on Ithe next stay. i like the free wifi,also having a fridge mic and coffee maker in the room,and the room was big enough for two.and is was close to shopping and LCBO..We feel it was a great spot for us.

Just wish there was a hair dryer as well was going to a wedding.

The place was clean, and the bed were comfy. The owners were very nice. Once Inside our room we couldn't hear Anything from Adjacent rooms or traffic. Having our own entrance to outside was a bonus and parking right in front of Our door. The mall is right behind the motel, with everything you could possibly need. Close to everything. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. We didn't spend a whole lot of time there, so it suited what we needed. Price was good. Would definitely stay again.

That we had to leave Pembroke!!

The property is ideal if you just need somewhere to lay up for a day or two. Above the property is the Pembroke mall which is very clean and vibrant with an awful lot of footfall, but the area is very quiet. Finnigans restaurant is about a 5 minute walk away and offers good breakfast and dinner menus. All in all this property, although slightly dated is in a great location and good value.

The better WiFi service was correct while we went for dinner. Full strength was offered

The room was renovated and was very clean. I know that if the front door had been given a fresh coat of paint as well as the door frame, I would understand that the room had been renovated. Certain areas needed a sani wipe like the areas around door knobs and on the back window blinds.

Check in was easy, staff very polite, a very comfortable room and quiet on Pembroke St, paint on walls was restful colour, lots of pillows, comfortable mattress; a good size fridge for the traveller. I would stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like. All good!

At check in we were greeted by very kind man who was pleasant, helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless and appliances worked great. It is an older building but it is cared for and nothing was broken. We had a room at the back of the building that was very quiet and had a little flower garden near the parking area.

This is an older building and is showing a little wear and tear but for what we needed it was perfect. Also the bed was very comfortable.

Nice budget motel. Very friendly staff and very clean. Close to everything. Recently renovated, new furnishings.

The shower didn't work well. To get hot water you had to turn it towards the cold indicator. The shower stream was also weak. The water was very hot, though.

All the comforts that you could want! Microwave, fridge,tv, coffee maker, hair dryer. We didn't want for anything. The staff was super helpful and accommodating for our 5am check in and were just steller in all aspects!

Its not exactly sound proof but that is such a minor thing we didn't care. It is an older motel but they have definitely done what they can to make you comfortable!
