Beds were quite comfortable. Good location. I was a bit worried when we checked in at the same time as a group of motorcycle riders ( in terms of noise) but it wasn’t a problem.

It would have been nice to have more healthy cereal options (the container marked ‘granola’ was only sunflower seeds-bran would be good ) and a plant based milk option would be helpful for those of us who are vegan or lactose intolerant.

The room, bed, shower were fantastic.

The front desk staff was absolutely the rudest person I encountered on my trip from Grand Bank Newfoundland to Edmonton, Alberta. I was traveling alone, returning home from my father's funeral. So a difficult journey for sure. When I arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk was so rude. She was very argumentative, and I considered leaving. Tired and sick, all I wanted was to shower and sleep. This lady challenged every payment method I had. I all but came to tears. Needless to say, I think this lady could have shown a little compassion as I tried to explain my situation. Instead, she gave me attitude and a bad demeanor.

The room was quite clean and was equipped with all the necessities. There was enough parking space and a very cozy entrance with Halloween decorations. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Theres two things that can be criticized: 1. there was very little room to sit down for breakfast. We had to wait until someone else was done eating until we were able to sit down. 2. there was an immense amount of plastic waste at the breakfast buffet…the hotel could up their game a little in terms of environmental friendliness here.

Hotel seemed to be recently updated and was very clean. Nicely stocked free basic breakfast which provided everything necessary to start the day! The breakfast room was clean and tidy. The restaurant (Finnigans) beside the hotel had great food with friendly staff. Nice laundry facility beside the hotel.

The extra $10 charge for a ground floor room seems like a cash grab to me.

Everything was very good. It looks like the hotel was recently renovated. Breakfast was more than we expected. Lots of hot water for our morning showers.

We were not told we would have to do stairs. This was not a problem for us, however, at breakfast an elderly couple was coming down the stairs with difficulty. I felt bad for them.

Good variety of options for breakfast (even for vegans). Bed was quite comfortable. Very clean. Efficient check-in. Plenty of parking. Convenient location.

Too few breakfast tables. We came down to eat and there were people who had finished their food but were socializing but didn't give up their tables. Doors between suites were very thin. Other guests were very noisy in the hallways past 10 pm

Convenient for local restaurants, clean, nice staff and good breakfast, we enjoyed the waffle maker. Beds are large and comfortable.

Bar next door was loud, decor was a little dated and the air freshener in the corridor was a bit too much for me...maybe reduce the amount of times it sprays?

the front area and lobby were very inviting and nicely decorated for the fall. the room was spacious, clean and the beds were super cozy. check in staff wasn’t that friendly or helpful in explaining how to get to the room. check out staff in the morning was the total opposite…so friendly and helpful. right in the heart of things and places, busy street is busy.

the description didn’t indicate that there was no elevator. the layout of the hotel has interior hall and stairs in hard to find spots. long hallways from access points from the car if you have several pieces of luggage….and on the second floor

The property is conveniently located for our needs and accommodates our fur baby with convenient ground floor doors to take our girl out easily.

Can be somewhat noisy at times with traffic going by.

Good breakfast selection and comfortable bed/ pillows. Great little garden space for our dog.

I was unaware of the pet fee and the upgrade fee to a pet friendly room- however I think this was something more on the end of booking.com as it wasn’t made clear to me until after booking.
