Lovely send it pool right off the breakfast room. And if you have kids, it’s right across from a great little splash park Great breakfast. Although it does seem like you pay for it with higher daily fees

The rooms use those awful blue light lightbulbs, which gives everything a harsh look. Warm lighting for a hotel room would be a must in my opinion. Also, we were not able to work the television I guess the Internet was just not cooperating. Very frustrating because we had kids that we wanted to chill out with a movie after a long, busy day.

The pool was very cold - the hot tub was lukewarm! The pool deck was EXTREMELY slippery and dangerous Our tub didn’t drain properly- there was 3-4 inches of water in the tub while showering - so it made the tub a slipping hazard Our bathroom sink had little water pressure and the sink didn’t drain Beds were very soft (my daughter slept on the floor our second night.)

Breakfast was excellent. The service was fabulous. The location was perfect for us.

Nothing, really. In fact the manager was so kind. We were there for the funeral of our son in the military. The manager went out of his way to offer us a room so we could all get together, which everyone thought was so nice. We really appreciated his friendliness,etc. Great hospitality.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. Check-in was very easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was very good, items such as; eggs, sausage, bagels and toast, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, waffles and good coffee. The pool and hot tub were great to use. Lots of free parking and good WiFi. Restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Petawawa.

Breakfast. I believe that such a breakfast is a custom in Canada, but for travelers from other continents, it is frustrating. Everything is sweet, even overly sweet, and there is almost nothing savory. There is no real bread, no cheese, no fresh vegetables. There is too much packages and waste.

We were treated to the best receptionists we’ve ever met! They were understanding of seniors bad knees and moved our room to accommodate and directed us to all the amenities and assisted us with taking breakfast to our room and ice for bad knees thankyou

The road access to the through highway towards the base is bad bad pot holes! Hard on old classic cars!

Would suggest some extra fresh fruit at breakfast (apple, orange), would make my start of the day 😋

Clean and cozy. Quality, not just quantity in the items in our room. We were pleased to have space and clean comfort in the room. Breakfast was very good and the service was very helpful and pleasant. Everything seemed new and fresh and kept clean.

Breakfast could include options with less dependent on wheat products.. we travelled Europe and their breakfast offerings are amazing, heathy and very high quality.. Canadian hotels seem to follow the US idea of a good breakfast which is not healthy..

Location is good , bed was comfort , room was nice and Clean

at the breakfast , they put the meet , Egg , Potato in one enclosed device , I prefer to have them in separate Pans with separate cover. there was no hot milk for the coffee.
