Very clean room and friendly service

Breakfast was ok, but everything was wraped in plastic. No real dishes or cups. I think a hotel with a sustainability certificate should do better here!

The breakfast was good, but lacked variety.

We left a phone charger in our room when we left, and were already many miles out of Thunder Bay when we realized our mistake. I call the front desk and requested that it be mailed to our home address, but this request was met with refusal. To mail the charger would have been a minimal expense and require minimal time. As a result, I have been unable to retrieve the charger. I feel this an unreasonable response and suggests that meeting the needs of quests is not considered to be important.

We had stayed there last year & found it very convenient. Very helpful friendly efficient staff too. Five Forks restaurant next door was convenient for when we were not out in the evening. Although the hotel were under the impression that there was a 15% discount for hotel guests, the restaurant said no!! We found that this year the food is not so good there & very expensive. The hotel is excellent which is why we stayed there again & hope to again next year.

Can’t think of anything. Wish they had cameras on the parking area so we could have seen who crashed into our rental car!! Still the two ladies who came out to look were very helpful and gave us good advice in reporting it to the police.

The room was great, It was a little small, but I'm a large dude. The staff was courteous and helpful. Beds were awesome with plenty of pillows. Parking was adequate and never an issue. Key cards worked well. It was quiet every night we were there. Breakfast options were a little sparse, but no worse than most continental breakfasts. Price was good as well!

We stayed 5 nights and our room was never turned down. We understood they were understaffed so it wouldn't be every day. The day they came we were still in the room, but we were out an hour later, but they never came back. We had to go to the main desk to get fresh towels. The tv package they have is terrible - way too many sports channels with very little options otherwise. The snacks vending machine was nearly out of everything - which is the fault of the vending company, not the hotel, but they should have contacted the vendor.

Breakfast was great and the outside terrace was a bonus , room was clean and bed was very comfortable. 1 minute walk to the 5 forks restaurant and lounge next door was an added bonus , good food and friendly staff and 15% off while staying at days inn

Just a suggestion that if there isn't going to be daily housekeeping staff they should at least leave enough coffee and tea in the room for the days u are there, or have the coffee on in the breakfast room 24/7 didn't like the fact that guests had to leave their garbage in the hall

Checkin was easy. Room was good, bathroom nice and roomy, unlike some hotels. Bed slept well and it was quiet. And good, solid Continental breakfast, so important for longer travels.

Roof was being redone so not much parking, though we didn't hear anything after 7 as posted. Floors showing age. And we found the price a bit high.

Breakfast was good and it opens up early at 5AM so that was a bonus. Staff was very helpful. We called an hour before check-in to ask them to turn the heating up. they promptly did and the room was warm and cozy when we arrived. location is great, not much off from Trans Canada Highway

I didn’t like the inability of the desk staff to assist. They could not provide the final receipt stating because I reserved on line I would receive my receipt in email which I haven’t.

Great hotel, located close to the highway, staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet typical but there was plenty of options. Special thanks to the front desk staff for taking care of an issue for me. Greatly appreciated.

Need a bathmat in the shower as I found it slippery.
